Expansion is a state, but no one knows it except the God who raised us in it

He has control over all universes' Through Him is existence whose meanings are revealed

3 

Nothing hides it from us except as much as it does, and He is the one who hides it from the eyes of creation

Transgression is a ruling for him, if you have insight' The Book has brought it, if you had known

5 

In the world of creation, this ruling has no meaning in this world of matter in its manifestation
