Know that God has supported us and you with a spirit from Him that this chapter includes the categories of men whose numbers are limited and those who have no timing and includes issues that only the most senior among God s servants who are in their time were in the status of prophets in the time of prophecy, and it is the general prophecy

[ General Prophecy and Legislation Prophecy ]

The prophecy that was interrupted by the presence of the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, is the prophecy of legislation, not its place.

His saying, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, that the message and prophethood have been cut off, and there is no messenger or prophet after me

That is, there is no prophet after me who is on a law that contradicts my law. Rather, if he is under the rule of my law, and there is no messenger after me, that is, there is no messenger after me to any of God s creation with a law calling them to it.

There is no dispute that Jesus, peace be upon him, is a prophet and a messenger, and that there is no dispute that he will descend at the end of time with an equitable judgment that is just according to our law, not with another law, nor with his law, with which God worshiped the Children of Israel in terms of what he revealed. He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and the prophecy of Jesus, peace be upon him, is firmly established and verified. This is a prophet and a messenger that appeared after him, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, and he is truthful in his saying that there is no prophet after him, so we definitely knew that he wanted legislation specifically, which is what is expressed by those who consider specialization, which is what is meant by their saying that prophecy is not acquired.

[ The meaning of those who claim to have acquired prophethood ]

As for those who say that prophethood is acquired, then they want by this to attain a specific status with God without legislation, neither against themselves nor with the right of others . Like Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali and others, what they mean is nothing but what we have mentioned, and we have clarified this in the chapter on prayer for the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, at the end of the chapter on prayer of this book.

And these are the close ones whom God said, about them is a spring with which those who are close to drink drink, and by which God described His Prophet Jesus, peace be upon him. Sharia is the name of a prophet even though it is like this

Prophecy is a station with God that is attained by human beings, and it is specific to the noblest of human beings. It is given to the legislated prophet and given to the follower of this prophet, the legislator who follows his Sunnah. The Almighty said, And We bestowed upon him (from Our mercy) his brother Aaron a prophet. By following this by acquisition, and no law came to him from his Lord that was specific to him, nor did any law that connects it to anyone else. Likewise, Harun did, so we closed the door to defining the term prophecy on this station, with its realization, lest an imaginer would imagine that the absolute of this term intends the prophecy of the legislation, so he errs, as some people believed in Imam Abi Hamid, and he said about him that he He says by acquiring prophecy in the alchemy of happiness and others, God forbid that Abu Hamid wants something other than what we have mentioned, and I will mention, God willing, the secrets that are specific to the owner of this rank of his that only those who have acquired it know. What I am mentioning is one of the sciences of the people of this rank

(Wasl) [The two ratios of transcendence and analogy to the truth]

Know that the Truth, Glory be to Him, in the witnessing of His servants has two ratios: a ratio of transcendence, and a relation that descends to imagination by a kind of simile.

His saying, peace be upon him, worship God as if you see Him

And the

His saying that God is in the kiss of the worshiper

And He, the Most High, says, So wherever they turn, then there is the Face of God, then a circumstance, and the Face of God Himself and His truth.

[ The Belief of the People of the Salaf in the Similar Words of the Law ]

And the hadiths and verses contained in the words that are applied to creatures by accompanying their meanings, and if they were not accompanied by their meanings that are understood from the terminology, the benefit would not have occurred in that to the addressee, since God did not explain what he intended by them, which contradicts that of the tongue in which this divine definition was revealed.
