Page 726 - from Volume One (Display Image)By the charitable viewing, when he wrote, he arranged it and put everything in its place and established its weights when he put his balance Every part has a ruling that distinguishes it *** in its own eyes forever from among its brothers All in all is multiplied by the one who sees *** Multiply the account to make it clear Because it is in the depths of the bowels his rank *** as he was other than him in the modification of his structure He established his upbringing from the eye of his image *** and appointed the truth in it and set his balance The origin is from me and the ruling on weighing is from him, so *** I made it clear in his eyes the rulings on weighing And he deposited the upper world in him with what *** he gave of himself to the extent of his ability So it became a synthesis of what had been separated *** of the facts in the main universes By plural it is valid for him to collect his image *** He would not have known that had it not been for the rule of his faith He took note that the matter in him is different from what is in the verses of his Qur an Whoever reads it knows its truth *** that he is still in the judgment of his criterion If it were not for self-honour, the animal would not have repelled harm from itself and did not intend to harm others with its ignorance that it is necessary for it from others to participate in the truth. Likewise, if a person repels harm from himself, he does not have a claim from the right. But what goes beyond being a human being has transcended his animality to his humanity, and the principle in this transgression is from the origin, because the origin is for the rich. So what is the comfort of guidance? ( Arrived during siege season ) The scholars differed by mentioning in this verse about the ruling of the one who is restricted by illness or after and whether this one who is restricted in this verse is an enemy or a disease. And it is the apparent and I say in consideration of the intent, and what caused the dispute except their understanding in the tongue, because it came in the verse in the quadrilateral weight, and it was said that it is said that he is confined to disease and confined to the enemy. I say that it is permissible when I am confined, except that I add here something that those who agreed with us in the permissibility did not see during the siege, which is that the forbidden if he said when I was forbidden, My place is where you lock me up as he commanded, then there is no guidance for him and it is permissible where I am confined, and if he does not say that and what is in its meaning, then guidance is for him and those who said By dissolution when restricted, they differed in the obligation of the sacrifice on him and in the place of sacrifice according to those who say that it is obligatory according to our conditions or not on our conditions regarding the restriction of Hajj or Umrah. Positively, guide him and pray Some of them linked the obligatory sacrifice of guidance to the sacred. As for the repetition, it is among the scholars who do not see that he must repeat it, and I say about it in the voluntary Hajj and his umrah, if there is any hardship for him, and if there is no sin on him, then he should repeat it. Nothing happened from him except the pillar of Ihram, and even if nothing happened from him except intent and action. The one who is limited by a disease and what is similar to him is the judiciary, but I do not know which unanimity he intended, for the jurists using the term consensus have crossed its first limit into something else. This is what we have mentioned from their differences on this issue, and we have left what is not needed at this time, so let us go back to our path and say [ Attribution of action to God and to man ]Allah's saying |
