Each one of that matter has a share like that of the other, like the division of prayer between God and His servant, so this is also a Qur an. And the people of tamattu are of two types, either comparing or singular to Umrah. The scholars of Islam differed regarding the enjoyment. Some of them said that a man should perform Umrah during the months of Hajj from the meqat from those who live outside the Haram, so he completes all the acts of Umrah, then it is removed from it and then establishes the Hajj in that particular year and in those months without leaving. And some of them said, and it is the best of the best, he is tamattu . He stayed until the Hajj came and he performed the Hajj of his year. He is enjoying Tamattu . Ibn Al-Zubayr went to the view that the Tamattu that God mentioned is the one who is confined to a disease or an enemy, and that is if a man goes out for a pilgrimage, and an enemy imprisons him or something he is excused from until the days of Hajj are gone, so he comes to the house and performs circumambulation and seeks and solves and then enjoys and has an argument until the next year Then he performs Hajj and guides, and according to what Ibn al-Zubayr said, the well-known tamattu is not unanimously agreed, and he also said that if a Meccan performs tamattu from a country other than Mecca, he must be guided. Be his people present at the Sacred Mosque that he intended by this, i.e. by referring to the permission of fasting on the days of al-Tashreeq in order to return to his country. No, the Meccan is not enjoying enjoyment. The scholars differed in Mecca as to whether enjoyment occurs from him or not. [ The months of Hajj are divine presence ]

The most famous pilgrimage is a divine presence that is unique in this ruling. So any slave who was characterized by the attribute of sovereignty as a divine creation, then returned to the attribute of the right of servitude, then returned to the attribute of his sovereignty in one presence, then that is the enjoyment. It is necessary for him to rule on guidance. If he had hady, and he is in this state of singling out the umrah or the Qur an, then that guidance is sufficient, and he does not have to have a sacrifice and it does not invalidate one sentence. So the singular and the relative are indicative, for the Umrah is the visit, so if you intend to repeat and less repetition a second time, the visit is a pilgrimage, so Umrah is included in the Hajj, that is, it is forbidden during the time that is forbidden by Hajj.

The Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, confirmed this by making one circumambulation and one saa for the pilgrim

And this is the position of union, which is the confusion of a slave in the capacity of a Lord, and if the intent is a slave, then it is a confusion of a Lord in the capacity of a slave.
