Page 670 - from Volume One (Display Image)The evidence for his obligation, and we have a prophetic report on that about a boy before puberty And the slave belongs to the infant boy, the general Islam that the investigator proves, and he considered it Sharia A woman raised a young boy of hers and said, O Messenger of God, is this a pilgrimage? He said to her: Yes, and you will be rewarded So he ascribes Hajj to someone who has no intention in it. If that infant had no intention in the manner known by the Legislator, the owner of the unveiling, it would not be correct to attribute Hajj to him, and that was a lie. A woman was breast-feeding her young child, and a man with a good insignia, honour, and modesty passed by, and the woman said, Oh God, make my son like this. So the infant left the breast and looked at him and said, Oh God, do not make me like him. And he looked at her and said, "Oh God, make me like her." The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said about that man, he was arrogant and arrogant, and he said about the woman, she was innocent of what was attributed to her. He agreed with me with a girl I used to breastfeed who was less than a year old, so I said to her, O my daughter. So she listened to what she says about a man who had intercourse with his wife, but he did not ejaculate what he had to do. ( Arrived in the chapter on Hajj of the Child ) Whoever says that it is permissible, and whoever prevents it, and it is permissible for him to have the right in this matter, legally and in reality, for the Shariah has established Hajj for him, and it is not surprising that Hajj is established by proxy. [ Islam and Faith in the Right of the Child and the Infant ]And where is Islam with regard to the young infant boy? Is it with the apparent people except by virtue of following? As for us, it is authenticity and follow-up together. It is established in the young in two ways and in the old in one way, and it is authenticity and not following. Faith is proven in the right of the infant, for he was born on the natural instinct of faith, which is his approval of the Lordship of God Almighty over He created it when taking from the offspring and martyrdom. The offspring about this confession and its validity, then when he was born, he was born on that first instinct, then he is a believer in authenticity, then he judged him by the faith of his father in apparent matters, so he said, And those who believed and their offspring followed them with faith, meaning the faith of instinct, We attached all of them to their seed in their inheritance. Although they are in a state, they do not comprehend a single sentence. Then he said, And we have not deprived them of anything of their work. He added the action to them, meaning their saying yes, so they remained completely and completely what they lacked from it, because they did not happen to them in the event that they did any of their actions from that first confession, as it happened to the wise elder, so he decreased from his work that as much as it happened to him, so God reduced it to the extent of what he decreased [ An infant has more faith than an adult, undoubtedly ]The infant undoubtedly completed the faith of the elder, so his Hajj was more complete than the Hajj of the elder, for he performed the Hajj by nature and proceeded with the actions by himself even though he is the object of it in them as it is the command on him in himself, for the actions are all for God. The elder undoubtedly does not utter Islam, has no belief or knowledge of it without doubt, and we want belief and knowledge known to the people of drawings in the custom. All of this is not present in the infant boy. It is the norm for all the acts of Hajj, so it is a place of work because he stood with him in Arafat and stood as the passenger stands with his mount, and the standing is attributed to him, and he circulates on his camel and runs between Safa and Marwa, and the departed is the one who seeks and circumambulates and stands, and all of this is attributed to him by virtue of directness and that he initiated the acts of Hajj by himself, so the young infant is circumambulated. With it and striving, then he performs the actions of Hajj, and he stops with it capable in the manner we mentioned of being prepared to accept what he does with it, just as the old rider prepared to accept what his camel does with it of stillness and movement, and the action is attributed to him, not to the departure, in accordance with the rule of the divine origin, where the divine origin is attributed to him. Effective to the servants and actions, I mean God Almighty created them on the truth and they are impossible to appear ( Arrived in season ) Whoever says provisions and the departure, and whoever says that he is able to walk, does not require the departure, and likewise, provisions are not a condition of his if he is able. |
