His character was about food and drink, and if he wore it with fasting while watching the face of this evidence, he would not have been truthful in telling him about himself that in this place, his breaking the fast on these two days was worship and a lawful assignment to combine the two cases, so he gave him disclosure of worship from that for what we mentioned, and the legal assignment gave him the reward for that if he worked His wisdom is when the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade them from fasting. That is why we said about sighting the crescent of Al-Fitr that it is the future of worship, as some scholars justified it regarding the crescent of fasting, but it was absent from the prohibition of fasting during the crescent of Al-Fitr, so it required two witnesses to see it.

So it is someone who answers the supplication, and there must be agreement, and they differ as to whether he breaks his fast or remains on his fast, so it is said that he knows the one who invites him to be fasting and he prays for him and with it. Fasting, but if he breaks his fast, he makes it up, and according to Talha bin Yahya and others, and someone says: If he wants, he breaks his fast, and he does not have to make it up. And someone says that he breaks his fast if he wants, as long as the day has not reached the middle of the day. war

Know, may God grant you the success of those who know that the one who initiates fasting starting from himself without specifying the right on him on that day on which he becomes fasting, then he has made a knot with God on the way of proximity to Him, the Most High, from this special worship that he wears and legitimizes and God says to him, Do not nullify your deeds. If he is in the position of behavior, then he does not return himself to breaking the covenant with God Almighty, for God says, Fulfill my covenant, I will fulfill your covenant, especially in what you have obligated upon yourself and contracted with your Lord, which is His saying: No, except that you voluntarily.

[ Those for whom the caliphate has been validated over their souls ]

And if the people of knowledge of God are the great ones who govern themselves and have the caliphate valid for their souls, then they do not see a speaker, nor an orderer, nor a summoner in existence except God on the tongues of His servants, as he said, peace be upon him, that God said on the tongue of his servant, God hears those who praise him, they are in all pronunciations The entire scholar, now and then, is in this capacity, for the validity of the standing of the witnesses judges them accordingly, for they do not deny what they know, and as the veiled one says, so-and-so spoke.
