Anas on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: He who contemplates the creation of a woman until the size of her bones becomes clear to him from behind her clothes while he is fasting has broken his fast

This Kharash is unknown because he was narrating from a newspaper he had, and this hadith from it, and the one who narrates it from him is weak, as mentioned by our sheikh Abu Muhammad Abd al-Haq

( It arrived in the chapter on the ruling on fasting the sixteenth of the month of Sha ban )

[ The six days for which fasting is prohibited ]

Fasting it is forbidden to us, and it is one of the six days for which fasting is prohibited, which is this day, the day of Eid al-Fitr, the day of Eid al-Adha and the three days of al-Tashreeq.

Al-Tirmidhi came out on the authority of Abu Hurairah who said the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: If half of Shaban remains, do not fast

Abu Issa said: This is a good, authentic hadith

[ Consideration in the Prohibition of Fasting on the Sixteenth of Sha ban ]

When the night of the middle of Sha ban was a night in which it was written for the Angel of Death who would take his soul in that year, and he would write a black line on the name of the wretched, and on the name of the happy a white line by which the happy angel of death was known from the wretched one, so death for this person was witnessed because it is the time of looking at the deadlines and bringing them to the believer who did not He has this insight, and if it is followed by the night of the sixteenth, the owner of this witness or preparation does not stop noticing death, as he is counted in his condition among the sons of the hereafter and with death the obligation falls. The advent of Ramadan was prevented from fasting the middle, and whoever did not have left was prevented from fasting the sixteenth, especially because he did not spend the night at night, nor on the night of the sixteenth, the night of abrogating the deadlines, which is the night of the middle

[ The hadith prohibiting fasting on the sixteenth of Sha`ban ]

But some scholars from among the people of the apparent sixteenth singled out that it is a place for the prohibition of fasting in it what I mentioned, which is that he, may God have mercy on him, mentioned an authentic hadith.

We were told by the group of Abu Bakr Muhammad bin Khalaf bin Saf al-Lakhmi, Abu al-Qasim Abd al-Rahman bin Ghalib al-Qamary, Abu al-Walid Jaber Ibn Abi Ayyub al-Hadrami and Abu al-Abbas Ibn Miqdam. Abdullah bin Al-Rabee said Omar bin Abdul Malik told us Muhammad bin Bakr told us On the authority of his father that the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said, If Sha ban is halfway through, do not fast. Al-Ala said, Oh God, my father told me on the authority of Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said that.

Abu Muhammad bin Khurram said this is how Sufyan narrated it on the authority of Al-Ala and Al-Ala is trustworthy. Shu bah, Sufyan Al-Thawri, Malik, Ibn Uyaynah, Mas ar bin Kadam and Abu Al-Amees, all of them arguing with his hadith, so he is not harmed by the innuendo of a certain son of him. The most deceitful hadith, so whoever claims that there is a consensus here has lied

[ The dislike of fasting after the middle of Sha ban ]

Abu Muhammad said: The people disapproved of fasting after the middle of Sha ban in general, except that the correct and certain statement implies the prohibition of fasting after the middle of Sha ban, and fasting does not take place in less than a day, and it is not permissible to make the prohibition to fast the rest of the month, as this is not clear and Shaban is not free. That it be thirty or twenty-nine, and if it is thirty, then half of it is fifteen days, and if it is twenty-nine, then it is half of the fifteenth day, and he only forbids fasting after the half, and from that the prohibition of fasting the sixteenth undoubtedly ends. And it is my narration about these group whom we mentioned in the first course of the hadith of Al-Ala and others on the authority of Abu al-Hasan Shuraih bin Muhammad bin Shuraih on his authority, and he is the one who said that fasting on the sixteenth is not permissible and based on what we mentioned about him.

( Arrived in the chapter on fasting the days of al-Tashreeq )

The scholars, may God be pleased with them, differed regarding the fasting of the days of al-Tashreeq. Who says that it is permissible to fast them, and who says that it is permissible to fast the one who is enjoying them, and who says that it is makrooh, and who says that fasting is absolutely forbidden. The days of al-Tashreeq are the three days that follow the day of sacrifice, and they are days of eating and drinking. And he mentioned to God Almighty that Muslim mentioned in his book on the authority of Nabisha Al-Hudhali on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, that he said that, and this is the characteristic of the people of Paradise.
