Hajj God Almighty says: They ask you about the new moons, say, These are times for the people and the pilgrimage, as we have decreed.

( Arrived in the chapter on the testimony of his vision )

[ In the crescent of Al-Fitr there are two apparent witnesses, and in fasting there are two witnesses, outward and inward. ]

If we do not see it and one or two men tell us about it, then will we come under the rule of time and the testimony will take the place of seeing it for us? For the soul, by its nature, does not want this ruling, so we should act upon it during the crescent of fasting, and since breaking the fast was the purpose of the soul, we asked for another witness on the surface to testify for us so that our breaking of the fast would be worship, not for the purpose of the soul. It is forbidden. I mean in it, seeing the crescent of Al-Fitr is an act of worship due to the obligation of breaking the fast and the prohibition of fasting, as I am in the crescent of Ramadan, receiving worship due to the obligation of fasting and the prohibition of breaking the fast. And if the matter in it is possible, but we have what is apparent, so it needs two apparent witnesses in the crescent of Al-Fitr, and in the crescent of fasting there are two visible and inward witnesses. We are only with two witnesses, and we do not break our fast except with two witnesses, because each of the two acts of worship is an existential rule.

[ News from the sighting of the crescent moons for fasting and breaking the fast ]

So let us mention the news contained in that, so that we may benefit the one standing on this book, so that he does not lack another book and become tired, so I say

A hadith contained in Sunan Abi Dawood. Abu Dawood came out on the authority of Rabi Ibn Kharash on the authority of a man from the companions of the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: People differed on the last day of Ramadan. The people, upon him be peace, should break their fast and go to their place of prayer

Another hadith from Sunan Abi Dawood

Abu Dawud also came out on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said, People saw the new moon, so I told the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, that I saw him and he fasted, and he ordered the people to fast on it.

A third hadith on the authority of Abu Dawood as well

Abu Dawud also came out on the authority of al-Husayn ibn al-Harith that the Emir of Makkah delivered a sermon, then said, The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, entrusted us to forget you for the vision. And he gestured with his hand to a man, al-Husayn said, and I said to a sheikh next to me, who is this who he gestured to? He said: This is Abdullah bin Omar, and the governor of Makkah was Al-Harith bin Hatib Al-Jamahi.

A fourth hadith of al-Daraqutni and

Al-Daraqutni mentioned the hadith of Ibn Umar and Ibn Abbas, who said that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, permitted the testimony of one man on sighting the crescent of Ramadan, and they said that the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, did not permit the testimony of breaking the fast except with two men.

This hadith is weak

( He prays during the fasting season, and most of his day passes when he sees himself without his Lord )

[ He who takes care of God in his work, his reward is he and nothing else ]

Since fasting is a rule that God has added to it and the one who is fasting has exposed it from it even though it is his command to fast, the fasting person should spend the duration of his fasting looking at his Lord so that it is true that he is fasting and does not neglect him, for the truth does not add to him until it is true that it is fasting and it is only valid by the fasting of the servant in the form that God has legislated If he does not fast it according to what was prescribed for him, then what is he fasting? He is not fasting, i.e. he is not fasting. On his journey, it is his reward, and he was found on his journey, for the truth is in the heart of his faithful servant who is present with him, and fasting is found with God.

He said fasting is for me and I will reward it

[ The hadith of Kharash bin Abdullah on the corruption of fasting ]

A hadith narrated about the corruption of fasting

Abu Ahmad bin Adi Al-Jurjani mentioned from the hadith of Kharash bin Abdullah on the authority of
