Fasting while traveling

And the name Ramadan asks him to implement the ruling in it until the end of the month of his rule, and travel is judged to move, which is the lack of stability on the one condition. The ruling on his travel called travel, for he moves from fasting to breaking the fast and from breaking the fast to fasting, and the ruling on Ramadan does not separate from it. That is why he legislated his fasting and standing up, then the permissibility of making connections in it also with his moving from night to day and from day to night.

[ Sickness is the opposite of health, and what is required of fasting is health .]

As for the sick, his ruling is different from the ruling on the traveler in consideration. The scholars are unanimously agreed that if the sick person fasts Ramadan when he is ill, it is sufficient for the traveler, and the traveler is not like that for them. Their reasoning with the verse is weak, so their consideration is that sickness is contrary to health and what is required of fasting is its health and the two opposites do not combine, so sickness and fasting are not valid and we considered it in the month of Ramadan only Because it is obligatory by obligating God in the beginning, so the one who obligated it is the one who removed it from the sick person.

( Connected in the chapter Who says that the fasting of the traveler and the sick is sufficient in the month of Ramadan, so is breaking the fast for them better or fasting )

Whoever says that fasting is better, and whoever says that breaking the fast is better, and whoever says that he has a choice, neither one is better than the other

( consideration )

Whoever considers that fasting has no likeness and that it is an attribute of truth, he said that it is better, and whoever considers it to be worship, it is an attribute of humiliation and need, then it is a proper servant. Al-Fitr is from the divine name, Al-Fatir, and he said, There is no difference in the divine names with what are the names of God Almighty. He said, No one of the two names is better than the other, because the one who breaks the fast is in the ruling of the Creator and the fasting person in the ruling of the one who rises in rank, the ruling on the one who withholds, and the ruling on the name Ramadan. The world which consists of everything but God Almighty

( Access in the chapter Is it permissible for the traveler to break the fast, is he on a limited or unlimited travel )

So from someone who says that he breaks his fast on a journey in which he shortens the prayer, and that is according to their differences on this issue.

( consider that )

Travelers to God, which is the collective name, which is the desired goal, and the divine names on the way to it, such as the homes for travelers and the moon s destined homes for the moon s journey on the way to its destination, and the least travel is to move from one name to another. And most of it we have no end or end

Because he, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said in his supplication: O God, I ask you by every name by which you named yourself, or taught it to any of your creation, or preserved it in the knowledge of your unseen.

This is a consideration for those who said that he breaks his fast in what is called travel

[ Unity or one has no ruling on the number ]

And whoever said specifically about that, then consider it according to what was specified. Whoever considered the three in that was like someone who said singularity or one has no ruling on the number, but the number is from the two onwards, and the travel here is to the name of God, and there is no travel to Him except with Him. The three are the first individuals. This is the limited travel. Then consideration is taken in determining the shortening of prayer in the chapter on prayer of this book, and we have mentioned it in the shortening prayer of this book.

( Arrived in the chapter on illness in which it is permissible to break the fast )

Whoever says the disease is the one that causes hardship and harm from fasting, and whoever says that it is the predominant disease, and whoever says that it is the least that is called a disease, and with it I say, and it is the doctrine of Rabi ah bin Abi Abd al-Rahman.

( consideration )

The disciple is inflicted with hardship, and he is the owner of scheming and effort, and for this reason, he began for us and you to seek help, and the Almighty said, Seek help with patience and prayer. So the strong name indicates what he is dealing with, for this is a disease that requires breaking the fast

[ Man is not necessarily free from inclination ]

As for the one who considers illness by inclination, which is the one called by the name of a disease, and it is the doctrine of Muhammad ibn Abd al-Jabbar al-Nafari, the author of attitudes among the men of God, I think it is like this, and a person is not free of an inclination by necessity. from tilt
