Other than the name in which the ruler is now, the rule ceases, and his guardian who asks him to be prepared and his counterpart if the people of a country conspire against their authority, and they came with the authority of someone else, the first had no helper, so he departs from his rule and returns the rule that he asked for preparation, the rule is never but for preparation and the divine name prepared does not leave His rule always does not withdraw nor It is valid to gamble with the people of the country against him, as he does not separate from him in life or death, or gathering or division.

[ A hadith of one who vomited while he was fasting ]

It is proven that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, had cupping while fasting. Al-Bukhari narrated it on the authority of Ibn Abbas

And the

Abu Dawood came out on the authority of Abu Hurairah who said the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, If someone vomits when he is fasting, he does not have to make up the fast, and if he vomits, let him make it up.

The narrators of this hadith are all trustworthy

( Arrived in the intent chapter )

Some of them saw the intention as a condition for the validity of fasting, which is the majority, and among them were those who said that Ramadan does not need an intention unless the one who catches up with Ramadan fasting is sick or travels and wants to fast.

( It arrived in mind )

The intention is intention and the month of Ramadan does not come with the judgment of intention from the fasting person. So whoever considers that fasting is for God, not for the servant, he said by intention in fasting, for the month of Ramadan did not come except with the will of truth from the divine name Ramadan, and the intention is undoubtedly a will. If he does not intend it, then his ruling is to fast, so the intention is not a condition for the validity of his fast.

( It arrived in a chapter of this chapter, which is the identification of the partial intention in that )

Whoever says that it is necessary to specify the fasting of Ramadan, and it is not sufficient for him to believe in fasting at all, nor to believe in a specific fast other than the fasting of Ramadan. Other than Ramadan in Ramadan, and it is said that every fast that was intended in Ramadan is turned into Ramadan, the traveler and the present in that alike

( considered it )

The Almighty said: Say, Call upon God, or call upon the Most Merciful. Whatever you call upon, to Him belong the Beautiful Names. Then there is a person to whom these names are called. Also, fasting is what is required, whether it is recommended or obligatory, given the many divisions that are obligatory in it.

[ The Divine Names denote one Essence and many Attributes ]

And whoever observes the divine name Ramadan, a difference between him and others, for other than it is from the name held, not from the name of Ramadan and the divine names, and if they indicate one entity, they are distinguished in themselves by two ways, one from the difference in their words and the second from the difference in their meanings, and if they are very close and the similarity and the corresponding names are similar in The purpose of the distance is like the harmful, the beneficial, the goat, the humiliating, the life-giving, the dead, the guide and the misleading. It is necessary to observe the ruling of what they indicate from the meanings. Thus, the scholar is distinguished from the ignorant. In order to obtain the desired benefit with that particular utterance, and not other combinations of utterances that are divine words

[ rulings follow conditions ]

Whoever considers the condition of the obligated person, who is the one who differentiates between the traveler and the present, and he has a correct face in the differentiation, because the ruling follows the conditions, so it takes into account the compelled and the unnecessarily, the sick and the non-patients, and the names are also taken into account. In some things to change the circumstances, if the change in that ruling was a divine name, he compelled him to change the name, so the ruling was changed

[ The divine names have the authority to judge, not to judge things ]

Judgment for the one who is called by names *** What is the ruling for names in things?

But it has the right to arbitrate in its disposition *** in it is like the ruling for the temptations

In flowers and trees in their rain *** a time and in things like dew

The spirits played with it in their disposition *** as the manipulation of verbs with nouns
