Long live a knowledgeable, desirous, capable, and only one, and every name has a ruling in the world, so within the protection of these four names are mothers

[ Consideration of the one who observes the quorum without a year's worth of zakat on minerals ]

Whoever observes the quorum without the year, consider this as it is above time. If a person has what is formed from nature, then he has reached the quorum, so zakat is obligatory, and it is attached to the four fixed attributes in the divine knowledge, which is not correct formation without it, and nature is a machine, there is no god.

[ Consideration of the one who sponsors the year with the nisab in zakat on minerals ]

Whoever considers the year with the quorum, then if a person has what is formed from the elements, not from nature, and nothing is formed from them except by the passage of time over them, and they are the movements of the orbits above them, so their zakat is restricted by time, which is to give God Almighty s right from that formation by adding it to the special divine aspect that He has it in everything possible without looking at its cause, and this is the world of creation and the command, and the first is the world of command in particular, so know that

( Arrived in the chapter on making money )

A group saw that around it is considered from the day it benefited, whether the original was a nisab or not, and I say and a group said about the profit, it is about the asset, i.e. if the asset completes a year, the profit is zakat with him, whether the asset is a nisaab or less than the nisab, if the asset with its profit reaches the nisaab, and this owner is alone with this And his companions and a group differentiated between whether the capital withheld for a year should be the nisab or not.

( Consider this link )

Actions are money and their profits. Whatever images are from them, such as the one who is praying or remembering, an angel is created for him from his remembrance and prayer until the Day of Resurrection.

[ The work of hearts and the work of bodies ]

Actions are divided into two types: spiritual action, which is the action of the hearts, and natural action, which is the action of the bodies, which are tangible actions. What was tangible action was considered in it, and what was spiritual action was not considered in it, because it is outside the rule of time, and it is necessary to consider the quorum in meaning and sense, and the consideration of the quorum has been presented. It is the amount before this of this chapter and the form of zakat in that profit is what is returned to the worker of good from being described with the characteristics of religion to give them zakat from the poor and needy and other things, which is

The saying of the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, regarding the deeds that he creates from images of property, that that angel will ask forgiveness for him until the Day of Resurrection

[ Ibn Arabi s vision of the Prophet while he was in Mecca ]

And I saw the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, while I was in Mecca in a dream, and he was saying and pointing to the Kaaba, O inhabitants of this house, do not prevent anyone from circumambulating this house at any time of the night or day to pray at any time he wants, of the night or the day, for God creates for him from His prayer is an angel who will seek forgiveness for him until the Day of Resurrection, and the credibility of some of this news

What was narrated on the authority of the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, that he said, O Banu Abd Manaf, do not prevent anyone from circumambulating this House and praying at any time of day or night.

God knows

( linked in the chapter on benefits )

Which is what is benefited from money without its profit. Some scholars said that the scholars are unanimously agreed that if the money is less than the nisab and another money is benefited from it without its profit, then complete the nisab from the sum of them that it receives a year from the day of completion, and they differed if money is benefited and another money has reached the quorum. On him the year, some of them said that the beneficiary should pay zakat if it is the nisaab for the year and it is not added to the money on which zakat is due, and with it I say and some of them said the benefits are all zakat for the year of the origin if the original is the nisaab, and so is the profit for them.

( Review of this chapter )

Whoever establishes a good Sunnah has its reward and the reward of whoever works with it, then he has benefited from the work of others as long as it was not from his work, so it is his profit, but it is a work. Advance in the chapters before him of consideration in it either

( Received in the chapter on the offspring of sheep )

Among the scholars are those who said about offspring is about mothers, whether mothers have the nisaab or not.

( Mind that came in )

We joined them (their offspring), their offspring, and We gave them nothing of their work.
