Do you not see the money in the treasury that contains zakat for the participation of people in it with the presence of the quorum in it and the coming of the year if the imam keeps it and does not separate it for a benefit that he sees in it, so when he considers the people involved in it, the share of one of them did not reach the quorum and the owner of the money also did not have to, if the imam appointed and paid to him What reaches the quorum, then he leaves the treasury and appoints its owner, so that ruling ceases, and if a year has passed, he pays his zakat. The fifty-fourth part ends.
