Deficiency and zakat are a deficiency of money, and that is why when the animal was complemented by humanity, there was no zakat on it, for things were not created except to seek perfection. In its widgets, we said, 'We have shared it with the right to zakat if it reaches the quorum in gold, and he did not do that in other minerals.

[ Transformation and transformation in images and differences in lineage on the divine side ]

If you say that zakat is a decrease in money, and he who has reached perfection does not decrease, and gold has reached perfection, and zakat is in it if it reaches the quorum, and it is gold in the quorum and gold in the awqas, the rule of perfection is removed from him. The alteration and transformation of images at the time of the divine manifestation, and the different proportions and considerations on the divine nature, and the eye is one, and the proportions are different. It is called money, so we considered when the ruling came about zakat on them if they reached the financial quorum, and we did not consider their notables, and we considered in the waqs their notables not the financial ones. God Almighty accepts considerations. That truth is found in some of the beings, but rather in the absolute beings, so we considered in them their existence as different, sometimes for rational matters and sometimes for legal matters.

[ The slave is human and has perfection ]

Do you not see the slave, who is a human being and has perfection, if we consider him financially, or we also consider the purchaser of his trade, we evaluated him according to the value, and we brought him down to the status of what is zakat of money, so we took out of its value the zakat

[ The truth has manifested itself in the presence of representation ]

Do you not see the perfection of truth that does not accept a description of the epithets of the newly invented matters?

He said: I was hungry and you did not feed me, I was thirsty and did not give me water, and I got sick and you did not visit me

And when it was considered in terms of raising the lineage, he said that there is nothing like it, and he said, God is self-sufficient in relation to the worlds.

[ Judgments follow considerations ]

I have warned you that the rulings follow considerations and lineage, and after the ruling came from the legislator in a matter with what it was judged on, we must look at what was considered in it until he was judged by that ruling and in this way the scholar is preferred over the ignorant. The mind is like the quorum in money, just as the quorum if it is found in money, zakat is obligatory on it, so it is obligatory for the sane person to be charged if he reaches puberty. He has no effect on the deed, he is obligated to pay zakat on trusts, and zakat is the right of God in money, so we add to God from his deeds what he should add

[ Attributing the action to God or to man ]

Here are two men, including those who add to God what he adds to the side of the truth and adds to himself from his works that add to the side of literature as he said, so I wanted to defect her and his saying, so your Lord wanted to redeem the most severe of them and the saying of Hebron, and if I am satisfied, then he is what is yourself, and among them are those who add all of that action to the human being rationally and legally, like the Mu tazilites, and he adds to God from that the creation of power for him in this factor and nothing else. To God, he knew that everything belongs to God, as Shayban the shepherd said when he was asked about zakat, so he said to Ibn Hanbal and to al-Shafi i, and they were the ones who asked about our madhhab or your madhhab. What made it obligatory to pay zakat and considered something else, then it did not make zakat obligatory, and money is money itself

( Arrived in the chapter on joining paper to gold )

Some say we add dirhams to dinars, and if the sum of them is the nisab, zakat is required. Nor gold for silver, and with it I say

( consider that )

The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, Your eye has a right over you, and your soul has a right over you.
