May the blessings of God be upon them, for they are in the matter of legislating acquisition. If they stand with their prophethood and not with their message, their condition with God is the same as what we have mentioned of abandoning seeking other than Him and honoring, so they are with God standing and looking at Him and speaking in everything that is spoken by Him, seen by Him, and held by Him.

[ The assignment is nothing but an order and a prohibition ]

And just as they are speaking about it, they are listening with it, mentioning His servants worshiping and obeying His servants worshiping and striving, and they do not fabricate worship that is neither opposition nor request, except in fulfillment of what is required by the position of those who are obligated to them in terms of what is obligated not in another way, and the position of the one who is obligated. Acquired and among His names, Glory be to Him, is the believer, and he is one of the attributes of the servant, not one of the names of the servant.

It was mentioned by Abu Omar Ibn Abd al-Barr al-Nimri on the authority of Khalid ibn Uday al-Juhani who said I heard the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, say, whosoever comes to him from his brother known without honor or question, let him accept it and not reject it, for it is a sustenance that God has given him to him.

So this hadith combined between the command to accept and the prohibition of refutation, so the entire assignment was fulfilled in it, for the assignment is nothing but an order and a prohibition.

[ The elders do not ask anyone for anything, and they do not want anything ]

What supports the authenticity of this hadith

Narrated by Muslim in his Sahih on the authority of Ibn Imran, the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, who used to give Umar ibn al-Khattab the gift, and he would say, Give it, O Messenger of God, who is poorer to him than me. So the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him, Take it, finance it, or give it in charity. Take it and what not, do not follow it yourself

The arrogant do not ask anyone for anything unless God is witness to them in things, and they do not return something that they give it.

[ The trial of knowledge is greater than the trial of money .]

The temptation of knowledge is greater than the temptation of money, for the honor of money is a transient honor that does not transcend people s mouths. An earthquake, a heavenly pandemic, a trial, or a sultan, and knowledge from you in a fortified fortress that never reaches it compels a person, alive and dead, in this world and in the hereafter, and it is yours anyway. You did not act upon it, and you were not injured except by the one who left you to act upon it, not from him. If you escape, he will take you by the hand to his status, and his status is known and known is the truth, and He will bring you down with the truth according to the extent of that knowledge, so do not be one of the ignorant.

( Arrived in the chapter on God s obligation of zakat on generators )

[ The generators are generated by the movement of the ark and the pillars .]

Know that God enjoined zakat on births, which are three metals, plants and animals. The metal is gold and silver, the plants are wheat, barley, dates, and the animals are camels, cows, and sheep. So he embraced all the births and called them the name of the generators because they were born from a mother and a father from an ark and its movement, which is the same as sexual intercourse, which is the father and the mother pillars.

[ Zakat as it is purification is a part of money ]

Money was beloved to man by the love of a child. Do you not see God associating it with the child in temptation? He said, Your money and your children are a trial. So he gave money to the child in remembrance, and God has a great reward if he rewards you for something. Undoubtedly, its owner has the wages of the injured, which is one of the greatest wages

[ A child is a distress from the father, like the uterus is a distress from the Most Merciful .]

A child is a bond from the father, like the womb, is a bond from the merciful. He who connects her, God connects, and whoever cuts her off, God cuts him off. Some poets said about children, and it is one of the poetry of enthusiasm.

But our children are among us *** our livers walk on the earth

So the boy made a piece of the liver

[ Every man's heart is where his money is ]

And the

Jesus, peace be upon him, said to his companions, the heart of every human being is where he belongs, so put your money in the sky, and your hearts will be in the sky

He urged charity when he knew that charity falls in the hands of the Most Merciful, and he says: Have you believed from those in heaven?

Charity extinguishes the wrath of the Lord

So see how wonderful the words of prophecy are, and how accurate and sweet it is. So whoever joins the child to the father and connects him to him has a reward for the one who connected the kinship. A person should add his money in terms of what is the birth of a child with his father who was born on his behalf, because he is a piece of him. For the person who gives charity in his zakat alms is the reward of the calamity and the reward of the ties of kinship if his money is purified. ?

[ Patience over the loss of a loved one is capable of only a believer or a knower .]

Patience with me losing the beloved is one of the greatest patience and no one is patient with that except a believer or a knower, for the ascetic does not have to pay zakat, because he did not leave anything for him on which zakat is due, because asceticism requires that and the knower is not like that because the knower knows that there is in it in terms of what is the sum of the world who asks for money and pays it. He is entitled to zakat from that
