The Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Issues are like laziness with which a man toils in his face, so whoever wills he keeps his face, and whoever wills is left, unless he asks the ruler in a matter from which he does not find an explanation. God bless him

Likewise, asking the righteous, the knowledgeable, the people of watchfulness is more important than asking the sultans, unless these attributes are in the ruler, for the owners of these attributes are closer to God Almighty.
