Al-Tirmidhi mentioned on the authority of Ibn Umar on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, about honey in every ten alleyways

( consider that )

The knowledge that the guardian takes from the path of revelation that relates to others, he must broadcast it to his family, for it is for their sake that I give it to them, but we have allocated it to revelation without other attributes, because the qualities of acquiring knowledge are many, because we likened it to honey, and it is the result of a revelation.

( Pay the Zakat on the free, not on the slaves )

The Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said, There is no zakat on the money of offices until he is freed. Al-Daraqutni mentioned it from the hadith of Jaber

( consider that )

Just as it is not permissible for a slave to take alms, it was said that this is why the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade alms due to his realization of his servitude. Likewise, zakat is not required on his money until he is free, for the slave does not own with his master. In it is likewise the slave and every slave whose consideration is not his price in the treatment of his master, so there is no realization of his servitude or knowledge of himself. This is the doctrine of the sect without dispute.

[ Origin of the lawsuit ]

And if the slave is with his master with this residency, the slave is absent and the master appears, then the origin of the appearance is the claim, and the master in this case is standing with others in the capacity of the slave in honor of the slave, and he

The Almighty said: I was hungry and you did not feed me, and I got sick and you did not visit me, and they are from the characteristics of slaves, hunger and disease, and so God said in the answer that so-and-so is sick and you did not visit him, and if you visited him, you would find me with him

God is with a servant, this is his attribute, and the servant, if this attribute is his attribute, is with his Lord, so understand

Abu Dawood came out on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that charity is not taken except in their turn

( considered )

The abode of man is his body and taking alms from human souls is only in the home of the hereafter, so the bodies must be assembled, for alms are not taken from those who are obligated to him except in his home, and the souls of people have no home except their bodies.

( Pray in the chapter on the imam taking half of the money of someone who does not pay zakat on his money after taking zakat from him )

Abu Dawud mentioned that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said in a hadith: Take zakat and whoever withholds it, I will take it and divide his money from the determination of our Lord.

talk

( considered )

What a person owns from his deeds is divided into two parts, one that concerns himself, and the other part that concerns his wounds. Of the noble manners, he did not reward him with the reward he deserves, and withholding that reward from him for the zakat of the work of his time, and if he was one of its insignificance, the burden would be doubled for him. especially

[ Taking half of the money from the one who does not pay zakat ]

As for taking part of his work, it is the part in which the claim is conceived, which is the work, for the assignment is divided into action and abandonment. It becomes clear to him that the agent is God, so he will remain in confusion until God is grateful to him either after the punishment or before the punishment, so he will be forgiven.

( Arrived in the chapter on the worker s acceptance of charity )

Al-Harith bin Abi Osama mentioned in his Musnad on the authority of Anas, he said a man from Banu Sulaym came and said, O Messenger of God, if you pay the zakat to your messenger, then you are cleared of it to God and His Messenger. So the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, Yes. replace it

And the

Abu Dawud mentioned from the hadith of Jaber that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: You will come to you with haters, and if they come to you, they will welcome them, and separate between them and what they desire.
