There is a time and it does not help another time due to a defect in it. The response of the soul by oppression in that which does not help in obedience to God is zakat in it, like one who wants to pray and finds laziness in his limbs and brokenness, so he is discouraged from it even though he desires it. The poison is considered a consideration for offspring because it contains both male and female thoughts, i.e. thoughts of the mind and thoughts of the soul

(Wasl) in the slaughtering of camels, cows, and sheep, and those who do not slaughter them

Some people made it obligatory to pay zakat on it, all of it, whether it is fasting or not.

( consider this link )

As-Saimah are all permissible and non-permissible actions except for the permissible. So whoever said zakat on the sama ah said that what is permissible, when negligence is accompanied by it, they obliged that a person be present when he performs a permissible action that it is permissible by the law s permissibility. Because they are all actions that are restricted by obligation, commandment, prohibition, or dislike. All of them have no choice at all for the servant in them. They are all for God Almighty, and God has no zakat on it. Zakat is a right of God in all of this. Like the permissible, for in it there is something similar to the obligatory and the prohibited, and in it there is something similar to the permissible.

[ Al-Saimah is owned and the Saimah is not owned ]

And the picture in the resemblance is that the Saima is owned and the Saima is owned, so the king is united between them, but the ownership of the non-Saima is confirmed because the owner is occupied with her and his pledge to her. Our people

[ The actions of the servant are attributed to him and attributed to God in two different ways. ]

And whoever said zakat in all, he said that it is only required in all, passive and non-permissible, because the actions that occur on the part of the servant are attributed to the servant, and if the evidence requires otherwise, then zakat is obligatory in all actions because of the attribution to the creature.

[ The image of zakat in human deeds ]

And the image of zakat in it is your invocation that everything that happens from you by decree and predestination from witnessing and complete presence in every action when the action is initiated, and that predestination is the time of zakat in the status of the end of the year and the amount of that action in which it is possible to return to God that is the quorum of that action and this is the doctrine of the scholars in God that actions All of them are for God with one face and they are added to the servant with one face, so he does not veil them one face from another, just as he is not preoccupied with one thing from another

( Arrived on grain zakat

And as for what they differed about of plants after they agreed on the three categories) Some of them did not see zakat except in those three categories, and some of them said zakat on all the saved and devoured plants, and some of them said zakat on everything that the earth produces except for grass, firewood and reeds.

( consideration of being a vegetable )

This type is specific to the heart, as it is the site of the plant of thoughts, and in it appears its ruling on the limbs. Its owner, when it grew in his heart, what did it grow, was he of those who saw God in him or before him? Zakat is obligatory upon him according to the jurists of the people of the path, because the legislator did not consider it for them until the act took place.

[ The sustenance by which everything is established. ]

If the plant is one of the thoughts that have food for the soul, then zakat is obligatory because of the luck of the soul. Concerning the power of ghosts, God said, when they insisted on him, he said, What is the matter with you and it? Leave the house to its owner and builder.

( Arrived at the quorum )

[ Quorum assigned members ]

As for the quorum in the members, it is to exceed in each member from the first to the second, but from the first that is pardoned, not from the first that is delegated, for the first is pardoned, there is no zakat on it, it belongs to God and the second is yours, for it is obligatory, whether it is in the first sight or first hearing or the first word or The first attack, the first pursuit, or the first thought

[ Every movement without intention, there is no zakat on it ]

And the collector is every movement of an organ that has no intention of it, and there is no zakat on it
