It is a debt that he owes to them, so his ruling is the ruling of a debtor, and the ruling on trust, debt and loss is known, so consideration is given to him in those ways, and God knows best.

Some people said it comes out of his capital, and some people said: If he bequeathed it, it was taken out of a third. Otherwise, he does not have to do anything. Among these are those who said he should start with it if a third is narrowed, and among them are those who said he should not start with it.

A man from the people of God s way gives knowledge of God, and we have said that zakat on knowledge is his education, so a sincere and thirsty aspirant came and asked him about a question of who knew what he was aware of. The scholar remains ignorant of this issue, so he seeks it in himself and does not find it, for that is his death after the obligation of zakat, for ignorance is death. In the first case, the sincere seeker may grant this issue, but about witnessing this world that his hearing is known to someone else, or who knows it from whom that scholar has taught him before that, so it is in the balance of the first world, and if he was ignorant of it, then this is a meaning that will be rewarded for him and he will be taken out of his capital. With his punishment and his sin, then God opened the door to the one who wanted it, so he recognized the status of the one who commanded it

[ The patient only has one third of his money. ]

As for taking it out of a third, the disease does not possess anything from his money except for one third. It is as if it is obligatory for what he possesses. Likewise, this scholar does not possess in this case of himself except an apology, and the other two thirds do not possess them, and he is a blessing. He has no favor in education after this incident, and he does not have to, for he attributed it to her. In summary, the person in this condition should renew his repentance for what he has fallen into and ask God s forgiveness for what is between him and God, for God loves those who repent.

Some people said, The payer takes zakat from the money himself, and the buyer returns its value to the seller. And the people said the sale is voided, and the people of the purchaser said, The buyer has the choice of fulfilling the sale and returning it, and the tenth is taken from the fruit or from the love on which the zakat is due.

The Almighty said, He who zakat has prospered, meaning the soul, because he has transformed it into something for which zakat is not obligatory, and the servant is commanded to pay zakat on himself. The obligation of zakat

[ Zakat on money and zakat on what is owed by the taxpayer ]

Zakat is not free, either it is on the money itself or it is in the custody of the taxpayer. The seller has to pay zakat on that amount of money he has

[ Sheikh Al-Murshid owns the souls of his students ]

Like a guide Sheikh who owns the souls of his students, so he pays zakat on them according to the amount of zakat that he owed on himself before selling it from God, since he was obligated to zakat on himself. He sells it from God, and if he is among those who say the buyer has the option to enforce the sale and return it, then that is to God, if He wills, accept it and zakat, and if He wills, return it to the seller until he pays zakat on it.

(wasl) [Zakat on the gifted money]

And from this section their disagreement about the zakat on the donated money and considering it that the gifted person has the option, if he wills, before the gift, and he knows what is in it of the right, so he conveys the right from it to the one who deserves it, and withholds what remains, and if he wishes, he returns the amount of zakat that is due on it to the seller until he pays it. They have zakat from this soul, what Paradise asks of them and whoever is in it, is it a right for them from the soul of the believer?

And he did not deny its obligation. Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, may God be pleased with him, went to the point that his rule was the rule of the apostate, so he fought them and captured their offspring.
