Page 557 - from Volume One (Display Image)Someone said that there is nothing in it, I mean neither tax nor ten. And Al-Nu man said, If a dhimmi buys the land of one tenth, the land of the tenth becomes transformed into the land of the Kharaj. It is as if he saw that the tenth is the right of the land of the Muslims and the Kharaj is the right of the land of the dhimmis. ( consider that ) The mind has a judgment on the soul in terms of its self and its view, and the law has a judgment on the soul. If the mind robs the soul from the hand of the law on a suspicion that it has purchased, will God accept from him every deed whose image is praised by the law, but his work was from the side of the mind, not from the side of the law, so among us are those who said accept and reward him in this world that He was not a monotheist and he was a polytheist, and if he was a monotheist, he accepted it, and the recompense of an unbeliever is acceptable to him [ The believer will have two rewards on the Day of Resurrection for his deeds ]For the believer will have two rewards on the Day of Resurrection, a reward insofar as he is a believer who works in Sharia law, and a reward in terms of that deed is of noble morals and that it is good. God for what was good in him in the time of ignorance [ Goodness seeks recompense for itself. ]Goodness seeks recompense for itself, and if faith is combined with it, the recompense is doubled to increase this attribute, for it has another right. (Wasl) If he takes out the zakat, it is lost [ The sayings of scholars about wasting zakat after paying it .]Some people said he will be compensated for him, and some said he has a guarantor until he puts it in its place, and people differentiate between taking it out after it was possible to take it out, and taking it out at the beginning of the time when it is obligatory and possible. Some people, if excess is included, and I say, and if he does not neglect what remains, he says, The one who goes is counted from all, and the poor and the owner of the money remain partners in the remainder according to their share of the fortune of the owner of the money. The sayings of his saying that he does not guarantee an absolute, and the saying that he guarantees an absolute, and the saying that negligence is guaranteed, and if he is not negligent, he is not guaranteed, and the saying that negligence is guaranteed, and if he does not neglect what remains, and the fifth saying, they are partners in the rest. [ If some of the money goes after zakat is due on it ]But if some of the money goes after the obligation, and it was said that Zakat can be paid, then it was said that he pays zakat on what is left. That it is obligatory only on condition that the courier goes out with a year, which is the school of Malik ( Mind that came in ) The Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said, Do not give wisdom to anyone who is not entitled to it, so do wrong to it, and do not prevent it from its people, so you wrong them. And spending on wisdom is the same as its zakat, and it has its people, just as zakat has its people. If wisdom is given to someone who is not entitled to it, and you think that he deserves it, it is lost as this money was lost after taking it out and did not reach its owner, so he is a guarantor for those who It was lost because it was neglected as it was not proven to know who had this wisdom lost, so he had to take it out again to whomever it belongs to until it falls in its place. [ The holder of wisdom, if he puts it in someone else s place, according to conjecture ]As for the ruling of the two partners in that, as it was established, if the holder of wisdom puts it in someone who does not deserve it on suspicion, then he is also wasting it, and the one to whom it was given is not worthy of it, so it is lost with him, and some of its right is lost. It is appropriate for him to lure him until he becomes worthy of it and loses the right of the other in proportion to what he lacks from the understanding of the first wisdom that was lost to him. [ He who is asked for knowledge and conceals it ]The situation with regard to the remaining aspects of disagreement regarding this method is the same He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: Whoever is asked about knowledge and conceals it, God will bridle him with a bridle of fire So he asked him who is not wise, and wisdom was lost He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Do not give wisdom to anyone other than its rightful owners, so you will wrong them He said he guarantees absolutely and guarantees that he gives him from the aspects in what he asked him what befits him, and if that is not correct in the same matter, as in the case of the one who is not characterized by bias, and whoever turns away from the first answer to an answer in the issue required by the situation of the questioner and time, he said he pays zakat on what remains and the rule of what has passed and lost as a rule of money It was lost before the year, and whoever said that he should look into the questioner s condition, and when he did not do that, then he neglected it. If he did and wrongly due to a suspicion that arises for him, he imagines that he is one of the people of wisdom, and he did not neglect it, then he is in the position of someone who said that neglect is guaranteed, and if he does not neglect he is not guaranteed, and the fifth saying has been presented in the partner [ Knowledge is a trust to the world ]It is not devoid of the scholar to believe in what he has of the knowledge that the creatures need to have for them as a trust. |
