As for the Book, everything is perishable except for its Face, and the Face is nothing but existence, which is the appearance of entities and notables.

( Remember who is obligated to pay zakat )

The scholars agreed that it is obligatory for every free, adult, sane Muslim who owns the quorum in full. This is the subject of agreement.

(Arrived) [Considering what they have agreed upon]

[ Muslim ]

Considering what they agreed upon the Muslim is the one who is submissive to what is intended from him, and we have mentioned that everything other than God has been subjugated in returning his existence to God, and that he does not benefit from existence except from God, and there is no survival for him in existence except with God.

[ freedom ]

As for freedom, it is like that, for whoever has this status is free, i.e. there is no control over him in his existence for any of God s creation, the Exalted is His Majesty.

[ publicity ]

As for puberty, it is his awareness of the distinction between what his Lord, the Mighty and Sublime, deserves and what he does not deserve.

[ mind ]

As for the intellect, it is to comprehend about God what God wants from him in his speech to him in himself with what inspires him or on the tongue of his Messenger, may God s prayers and peace be upon him. On the headband of the animal, for if it were not, it would not have made sense that if this rope was pulled by the animal to keep it from being released, he would not have called it the headband.

[ the owner of the quorum ]

As for their saying that the owner of the quorum is complete possession, then his possession of the quorum is the essence of his existence because of what we have mentioned of Islam, freedom, puberty and reason. If his creation was the very essence of his existence, there is no other than that, i.e., there is no possibility of being created from his existence, for it is possible for himself, and he only benefits from existence.

[ Consider what they differed about. ]

As for considering what they differed about, it is that of the minors. Some people said that zakat is obligatory on their money, and some people said that there is no charity on the orphan s money, and some people made a difference between what the land gives out and what it does not give out. Al-Nad and others, so they said Zakat is due on him, except in the Nad specifically

[ The orphan is the one who has no father in life and is not an adult .]

Considering what we have mentioned an orphan who has no father in life and is not an adult, i.e. has not reached the age of dreaming, germination, or seeing water. Assignment in the case of money said that it is obligatory, and whoever considered the assignment in the owner said it is not obligatory, because it is not obligatory

[ Adding Existence to God and to the Eye of the Possible ]

Likewise, whoever considers its existence for God, he said, Zakat is not obligatory, for there is no one who accepts it, if it becomes necessary, then there is none but God.

[ The division of assets into two parts: old and accidental ]

For this reason, the existents are divided into two parts, to the old and to the accident. The possible existence of the existence of an accident, i.e. an event that has this description, was not exposed to existence in this division. Exalted be He, what comes to them of remembrance from their Lord is innovated, which is the ancient word of God. The orphan is because it is a right of the necessary to exist in what this possibility is characterized by, just as those who see it as obligatory on the orphan in his money take into account that it is a right of the poor in this money, so he takes it out of it from the one who has the right to dispose of that money and he is the guardian

[ Proof of assignment in the eye of monotheism ]

Whoever considers that zakat is an act of worship does not require zakat, because the orphan has not reached the limit of the obligation, and we have indicated that and we have

The Lord is right and the servant is right *** Oh, would my hair be from the charge

This in the adult and the young is not obligated, and he is the orphan, and so are all other acts of worship in this way, for the thing does not worship itself. By God, from betrayal, the gnostic at that time looked at the divine names, and the rulings of some of them depended on the other, and their difference in
