The water of fornication, because he is a ruler with authority, he is the owner of time

[ The judgment is for God, and He has decided the judgment of the mujtahid .]

This is the status of a martyr who is not washed, even if we witness a sense that his soul left his body like all the other dead, and the judgment is for God, not for anyone else, and the judgment of the mujtahid has been decided. It has a hadith of date-palm pollination

He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said to his companions: You know best the interests of your world

And he went back to his saying, and so did his reference, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, to what they said on the day of Badr about his descent on the water

( Pray in the chapter the woman dies with the men, and the man dies with the women, not in a married couple )

The scholars, may God be pleased with them, differed about the man dying in the presence of women and the woman dying in the case of men, and not in a married couple, according to three sayings. It is over the deceased if he is one of the relatives of the deceased, or a covering that is struck between the dead and his washer, and the image of his washing is pouring water on him without extending a hand to a member of the deceased s organs, unless he is one of the deceased s organs, so he avoids extending the hand to the vulva and is satisfied with pouring water on them with a barrier. This is a must. Who do I go to in such a matter

( considered in this chapter )

Death is considered in this way, a suspicion that arises in this person in his view, the appearance of death on the living, or a natural lust that condemns him and blinds him, so he comes to it with a suspicion that he sees his Lord in things, so he is dead in the congregation without a complete disagreement, whether it is incomplete or incomplete from the degree of perfection

[ The disobedience of Adam and other angels ]

God said in the complete, and Adam disobeyed his Lord, so he deceived, meaning he was afraid, and he ate by interpretation and thought that he was right, not violating the sanctity in the same matter. Which I spoke to them by saying, Do you place in it? He said, I know what you do not know. As for the imperfect, his rank is known, and the imperfect may be a murid in the hands of the perfect, entering under his rule and obedience, similar to the spouses, and he is like one of the nation with his prophet sent to him.

[ The complete knower with his student ]

So this complete knower is with his student, the perfect may die in an issue that he does not know and the student teaches it, so the sheikh from the student witnesses it like what was presented in the two hadiths before this. By the disciple, I mean the disciple and the man of people other than that of the Prophet in the time that preceded the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. It is accepted from him if the farmer wants and he fulfills his right on the road, and if the issue that he is ignorant of is not general and is specific to the position of that Sheikh, and if it is a deficiency with this other Sheikh, he does not have the right to reject that mujtahid from that issue, just as it is not for a mujtahid to refer another mujtahid to the ruling that he gave His evidence nor for a mujtahid a mujtahid to reject another mujtahid from his issue in which he imitated his imam when he said to him, This is the judgment of God.

[ Purification of the aspirant by someone other than his sheikh ]

If the issue is general, such as if he slanders in monotheism or in prophecies, then he has the right to purify him from them, whether that beggar is under his rule or not. Benefit from it, even if it is not permissible or worthy of accepting ghusl, and I want the eligibility for ghusl. He must create acceptance and guidance in the mind of the listener. Whoever knows the lack of acceptance said that neither one of them washes his other If the general legal ruling dies as well, the hearing of the murid does not depend on one of the fatwa scholars, rather the murid takes it from every sheikh and the sheikh from every disciple, because the ruling is not for one of them, but rather it is for God, unlike what is permissible and delegated in sports and struggles. in that
