How He wills and makes the one who supplicates with the bellies of his hands to the earth for rain, meaning that He sends down upon us what is in Your hands of goodness and blessing that fills our poverty and our poverty that you attached to the causes, then unite it to you and empty it with what you send down of rain for its sake.
