He is more deserving of this attribute than every nation, as it was the best nation ever raised for people.

( Attached to consider zooming in )

Whoever likens it to the first Eid prayer, Abd al-Fitr, it is a departure from the state of fasting, and fasting is suitable for famine, for the fasting person thirsts as the earth thirsts in a state of famine. The argument is that he should not cut a fingernail or take some of his hair, and since the adornment of the earth is only with flowers, and flowers are only with rain, and these conditions require no adornment, so the barren land that has no adornment has been likened to the lack of flowers because of the absence of rain, so prayer for rain is likened to the two Eid prayers, so he grows in it as he grows on the two Eids, and consideration will come. The number of takbeers in the two Eid prayers

[ The condition of the slave in Ihram and the condition of the barren land ]

Whoever carries the prayer for rain over most of the sunnah, supererogatory and obligatory prayers, does not exceed the known takbeer, and it is preferable, for the case of rain is one case, and it is not of different types. The one who prays for rain in the Grand Prix of Ihram has all the desires that the soul enjoys and lacks his Lord in that case, just as he deprived the barren land of the water that contains its life, its adornment and its breath.

( Receipt of the sermon )

In the rain, the sermon is praise to God for what is worthy of him, so that he gives what is worthy of him, so another praises him for what is from him, which is thanksgiving for what he has bestowed.

[ Prayer is praise to God ]

And whoever sees that the prayer is praise to God, he says, the purpose is achieved, so he is more than satisfied with the sermon and multiplying the praise to God is more preferable than limiting himself to one situation, for the sermon includes praise and remembrance, for remembrance benefits the believers, and asking for rain is undoubtedly a request for benefit.

( Receive consideration when he will be engaged )

Resemblance to the fact that it is the first year of resembling the obligatory prayer

It has been reported from the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, that the Witr prayer is not similar to the Maghrib prayer

So it is makrooh for the one who performs the rite of three prayers to bring it in the form of the Maghrib prayer, so comparing rain to the two Eids is more appropriate, so he sermons to her after the prayer, unless there is an explicit text that the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, addressed her before the prayer, so the text is in it. It is measured by the one who permits analogy in the religion of God

[ The sermon for rain after the prayer is first ]

And if the Eid is a sermon after the prayer, with what is meant by the sermon reminding and teaching people while they are not standing up, rather most of them behave with the completion of the prayer, then the sermon for rain after the prayer is more preferable because they do not leave until the imam showers with them, and the sermon is after the prayer and after praying for rain, so people do not leave and the intended purpose from the sermon

[ Abd al-Malik bin Marwan was the first to be engaged in the feast before the prayer ]

Do you not see how Abd ibn al-Malik Marwan did a sermon on the feast before the prayer, and it was said to him in the assembly that he was reproached for that, and that the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, did not make the sermon on the two feasts until after the prayer. The Companions did not leave the Eid prayer until the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, delivers a sermon, and following the Sunnah is first, even if only the imam remains alone, because he does not have to do more than follow the example. So that he does not leave with God in all his circumstances. If he does that, it is like a sermon after the prayer, so he is still busy with God in every situation, and God is conciliator, there is no Lord other than him.

( Consideration reached in reading aloud )

The worshiper recites aloud in the rain in order to hear from behind him, to prevent them from their whispers of what they hear from the Qur an, to reflect on its verses, and to distract their souls from its whispers by contemplating the meanings of the Qur an, and to be rewarded from where they heard them. the Qur an, so listen to it and listen, that you may be shown mercy.

[ The acts of begging from God are governed by the ruling of duty .]

And rain is from God s mercy, and they are not brought out except that I asked them for it from God Almighty, and He promised it to those who listened to the Qur an, for the acts of begging from God are governed by the rule of duty, and the imam remembers his Lord in a crowd, and he is the congregation in his prayers out loud and his supplications, so God remembers him in a gathering better than them, for he may be in that gathering Whoever asks God Almighty to fulfill a need that this imam and his group addressed to him, and they are showered with the supplication of that king

[ Mercy takes precedence over knowledge where people need it ]

The angels say, Our Lord has encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, and has given mercy to knowledge in the place where the servants need it, and in etiquette with God, for God has given it in giving.
