( Consideration reached in this chapter )

Tayammum is invalidated with the presence of water and the ability to use it. Undoubtedly, everything that exceeds the obligation is supererogatory, whether it is stressful or not, for the obligation is undoubtedly more certain. The increase signals the existence of an auction on it that is precedent in existence, and it is the imposition, and it is the principle in the assignment, as well as it is in the same matter. Observing the principles is more important, so entering with the imam in prayer or when hearing the iqaamah is better than praying the two rak ahs of Fajr and Rak ah

The Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, made a mistake in that and showed dislike for those who did that.

And this is the exact evidence for its permissibility despite it being makrooh, for he, peace and blessings of God be upon him, did not command him to cut it off or to depart from it. He hates it, but he hates to initiate it

( Arrived rather separated at the time of making up the two rak ahs of Fajr )

So whoever says that he spends it after the morning prayer, and with it I say, and some people spend it after the sun rises, and the owners of this saying differed. Good

( Consideration reached in this chapter )

Every right of God is obligatory or desirable. If its time has passed, it is not restricted by time, for the Shariah does not restrict it, so let him perform it as a judge whenever he wants, as long as it did not die, unless it is due to forgetfulness, then he is fulfilled, and that is his time, and he is never a judge in sleep or forgetfulness.

( He prayed during the lying down season after the two rak ahs of Fajr )

So some people held that it is obligatory, and with it I say to the established matter on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him.

[ The jurists in the era of Ibn Arabi ]

There is no doubt or secret from everyone who knows God s law from the modernists, not from the jurists who imitate the people of ijtihad like the jurists of our time, and they have no knowledge of the Qur an or the Sunnah. The doctrine of their imam, which is contrary to this verse and the report, and they have no excuse with God for that. The first to disavow them on the Day of Resurrection is their imam, for they will not be able to prove it from him that he said to the people: Imitate me and follow me. This is one of the characteristics of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace. You did not know, and we asked them, so they gave us a fatwa. We said to them: We only ask them to convey to us God s judgment in matters, not their opinion. He said, The people of the remembrance are the people of the Qur an, for the remembrance is the Qur an. That imam transmits to us the verse or the report, so our action is with the verse or the report, not with his statement. whether

[ Abandoning one s bed after the two rak ahs of Fajr is Aas .]

And the

It has been proven in the Sahih that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, would lie down after the two rak ahs of Fajr

And the

It has been proven in the Sahih from the hadith of Abu Hurairah that the command to lie down is for everyone who bows the two rak ahs of Fajr

So what I go to is that the one who does not lie down is sinful, and that the obligation is related to him, so he must lie down, and if he has made it up, when he has made it up, and if the fa gives the commentary, then some of the latecomers among the hardworking who preserve from the people of the apparent said that the morning prayer is not valid for the one who bowed the two rak ahs of Fajr and did not lie down. his morning prayer

( Consideration reached in this chapter )

Lying after the two rak ahs of Fajr and before the Fajr prayer, because the dislike is related to the obligated one, for he does not pray after dawn except the two rak ahs of Fajr and then he prays Fajr. For if he got up until the morning after the two rak ahs of dawn, he would be confused by the four rak ahs
