He rises to make up what he is obligated to do, and there is no prostration for him due to the imam s forgetfulness. If this person prostrated after making up the prayers, then it is more cautious. Rather, it is desirable for every worshiper to prostrate them after the prayers. Every prayer he always prays alone or behind an imam after the greeting. Or in what he caught up with of the prayer, and if it was in what he missed, then he should not follow him in his prostration, and if he prostrated before the salutation, and if he knows that the imam s omission was in what he caught up with of the prayer, if he prostrated before the salutation, he followed him, and if he prostrated after the salutation, he makes up what he missed and then prostrates unless the imam s omission is in what he missed. In it the Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, from what he realized with him inside, he follows the imam in his prostration before and after the salutation, and at that time he rises to perform what is upon him

It is necessary to follow the imam as long as he is called an imam. If the name of the imam is removed from him, it is not necessary to follow him and the imam of the Messenger does not rise. The following is necessary, and God s love for those who follow him is undoubtedly necessary. God says, You have a good example in the Messenger of God. His servant had all his powers and faculties, and he did not act except with his strength and limbs, so he did not act except by God, so he is safe to dispose of his movements and his stillness.

Then for you to know that in terms of his being described as the duty of the taxpayer, it was removed from him either completely or by hanging according to all the jurists, and we have it not, because there is no state and no capacity in the taxpayer that departs from the ruling of the law of those who are overpowered by the situation or insanity or forgetfulness or sleep or who has not reached the limit of dreaming None of these people deviated from the ruling of the Shari a, for it has been prescribed for every owner of a state and a prescription of a ruling, either by briefing or other rulings of the Shari a, because it is not without a legal ruling for the owner of that state. The law did not rise, for the law has permitted him to act in what his nature dictates, like an animal, and there is no blame on him in that. And then there is nothing that has departed from God s judgment about it with a matter. This is the view of God s people, because they are still in every soul present with God.

And the rulings of Sharia, even if they are related to objects, then they are based on conditions, so no eye is engaged in a matter except for a state it is in, because of that state, it is engaged with what it is engaged with, not for the eye, for the eye is still remaining and conditions change, so the rule of Sharia on the eye changes to change the situation, so the state of childhood, fainting, madness, predominance of the situation, mortality, drunkenness and disease The law has provisions in it, as in the case of manhood, awakening, health, survival, awakening, and the absence of the predominance of the condition of the law.
