Forgetting him and sleeping, and that is its time for them, for God does not burden a soul beyond its capacity, and had it not been for the lawgiver to set a time for the forgetful and for the sleeper at the time of remembrance and wakefulness, that prayer would have lapsed from them with the passage of the time known to it for those who are alert and remembering, just as it falls from the unconscious.

The forgetful is the one who knows that there is nothing in existence but God, His attributes and actions, and that He is the essence of existence, so the holder of this position of knowledge of God must be polite with God what this knowledge requires, and it is known mentioned in this book and in the knowledge of God s way. You give him this knowledge, he will not be held accountable for it. Rather, if he has a definite mention of someone who does not have this knowledge, then he is with God according to what he mentioned and decreed with regard to that, if good then good and if bad then bad, then the forgetful person may be the reason for his forgetting to vomit him in a forbidden work or in a permissible occupation or In the job of a delegate, he will be remunerated for forgetting in terms of that recommended, not in terms of forgetting, and he is penalized in terms of that which is forbidden, and he is freed from the reward and the burden in terms of that which is permissible. His movements and his stillness is that he brings them to himself to the extent that his knowledge of them requires. If he brings them, he brings in himself what is required of the manners, then that is its time. ?

As for the conscious sleeper considering this knowledge, he is the one who is obscured by looking at his nature and the ruling on it without looking at its component. What its reality necessitates for its own sake, not remembering or witnessing the creation of its own eye, God will not take him to account for what he lacks in the manners by which he seeks the present with his knowledge. He is in the same position as one who did not sleep in that conjugation, and if he did not do that, he was punished for not being brought to mind, not from the fact that he had fallen asleep from them. Or related to him, the ruling of the Sharia has the reward in terms of that reason, not in terms of his sleep.

For if the discourse of Sharia is related to the outward, its consideration is inward, and if the discourse of Sharia is related to the inward, its consideration is in the outward, so the scholar is still looking at the legislator who suspended the ruling on what he brought in this particular issue. And the ugly thought, so where the legislator suspended the apparent speech of the tongue, consideration was in opposition to it or in exchange for judgment, as good thought is matched by ugly thought and counterbalanced by good action in the outward appearance.

A supererogatory was written for him, so he is the most prudent. Those who say that it is obligatory among them are those who stipulate the judiciary in a known number, so they say that it is judged in the fifth or less

As for the one who intends to leave what God commanded him to do, there is no judgment for him, for he is one of those whom God has led astray with knowledge, so he should submit to a new Islam, for he is manifest. In the hands of God, what He made in me to perform what He commanded me to do, he says, In truth, He is the One who commands, listens, and the addressee. The prestige of the majesty, the greatness of the station, and the authority of the state of al-Zoqi prevented him from being like this and leaving the fulfillment of God s right in a clear manner.
