Page 392 - from Volume One (Display Image)Ibn Maymun Ibn Ab al-Tawzari, al-Masri, who is known as al-Qastalani al-Mujawara now in Mecca, did not occur to us to disclose it. ( Chapter and arrive at the time of the afternoon prayer )[ Shari ah scholars differ on the first time of the afternoon prayer ]The scholars of Sharia differed about the beginning of its time with the end of the time for the noon prayer and at the end of the time for the afternoon prayer. He prays four rak'ahs in it if he is staying up, or two rak'ahs if he is shortening and who says the last time of Zuhr is now, which is the beginning of the time of the afternoon prayer, and it is a time that is not divided. The established hadith in the Imamate of Gabriel, peace be upon him, came from the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, that he prayed Zuhr on the second day at the time he prayed Asr on the first day. And the In the other established hadith, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, The time for noon is the end of the day, as long as the time for the afternoon prayer has not entered. And the Another established hadith: The time for one prayer does not end until the time for another prayer begins The first hadith gives the participation in the time, and the other two hadiths give the time that is not divided, so the participation is lifted. The prayer of Gabriel, peace be upon him, by the Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, so that the words of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, explain the action that the narrator explained, and taking the words of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, is what God commanded us to follow. [ Differences of scholars are a mercy to the servants ]It was necessary in this issue and its like not to imagine a disagreement, but God made this disagreement a mercy for His servants and an expansion in what He assigned them to worship. For each of them, and this is one of the greatest misfortunes in religion and embarrassment, and God says what hardship He has placed on you in religion, and the Sharia has decided the rule of the mujtahid for him in himself and for those who imitate him, but the jurists of our time refused that and claimed that this leads to the manipulation of religion and this is the ultimate ignorance of them. Their affirmation to themselves that they are not mujtahids, and they did not attain the rank of ijtihad, and they did not quote from their imams that they had taken this path, so they denied themselves in saying that they did not have the willingness to make ijtihad, and what they prevented from imitators is only by ijtihad. Greater than venting this important anguish and unpleasant speeches [ last afternoon prayer time ]As for the last time of the afternoon prayer, it is said that the end of its time is that the shadow of everything becomes the same. [ The pause between the two places and now between the two times ]Consideration has preceded the consideration of the time shared by the divine names with respect to those who are created by them from the people of God and who are not shared, so it is taken in all prayers absolutely, and what remains of consideration in this chapter is the consideration of the time that is not divided and in the yellowness. Who does not understand from each of them a joint, so the rule of each of the two names is purified individually, and it is the limit of the one standing with us. The ruling on the place he moved from and the ruling on the place he wants to move to is known in that pause between the two places, and it is like now between the two times the etiquette of the place he moves to and what the right should be dealt with. [ Maqamat in the path of Sufism ]The stations in this way are like the types of actions in the Sharia, such as prayer, zakat, fasting, Hajj, jihad, and so on. An honorable book that contains the sciences of the etiquette of stations, he says in the translation of the position, the name of the position, he says in his transition to the position of knowledge, for example, and it is among his positions in that book. He told me the night is for me, no to the Qur an. The night is recited to me |
