There is a lot of difference in wiping, sprinkling, and counting. This is not the case, unless God opens the door and delays the term. So we will make a book on the considerations of all the rulings of Sharia in all forms and the differences of scholars in it to combine the two methods and show the wisdom of Sharia in the two forms, I mean the outward and inward, to be a comprehensive book for the people of the outward and the people of consideration in the inner. And the scales who search for lineage, and God is the Supporter, there is no God but Him

( Chapter on the etiquette of cleaning oneself and entering the toilet )

[ Prophetic effects on cleaning oneself and entering the toilet ]

There have been many reports and commands regarding this, such as the prohibition of cleaning oneself with the oath, touching the penis with the oath when urinating, not talking about the need, and seeking refuge with Allah when entering the seclusion, and they are very many.

[ The law of the inner and the law of the outward in conduct and behavior ]

As for the consideration, they are all obligatory, for the inner is what His ruling in the commands of the truth is the ruling of the outward, for God does not look from man except to his heart, so the servant must always remain pure because it is the object of God s consideration of him. from inside

[ The abode of the Hereafter is where the secrets are worn out .]

And in the Hereafter, on the contrary, there are the secrets that are worn out, and here the law also takes into account the inner in specific actions that the law requires him to do, specific actions that the law delegates to them, specific actions that the law chooses between doing and leaving them, specific actions that the law forbids him to do, and specific actions that the law hates him to do and the ruling in leaving as well.

[ The sayings of the jurists on the etiquette of cleaning oneself and entering the toilet ]

They differed from these etiquettes regarding facing the qiblah with defecating and urinating and turning it around, so they were of three schools of thought. Some say that it is not permissible to face the qiblah with defecating or urinating at all, anywhere. Al-Kanaf is built, and it is not permissible in the deserts, and every one has an argument from a report on which he is based. The scholars of Shariah mentioned that in their books

( The inner consideration has arrived in that )

[ God is in the qiblah of the worshiper ]

when

The Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, told that God is in the direction of the worshiper, and that when a servant prays, he faces his Lord

Whoever understands from this that the knowledgeable qiblah is attributed to God or attributed to it in the case of the prayer of the worshiper in particular, so whoever understands that what is meant by the qiblah in that ratio is not permissible to face the qiblah when needed due to bad etiquette. As known

[ The spirit of prayer is being present with God ]

And whoever sees the spirit of prayer, which is always being present with God and conversing with God, all his actions are prayer, and he did not say that it is forbidden to face the qiblah when needed, because in the spirit of prayer it is not always separated and they are always present with God and referred to by God Almighty s saying, Those who are in their prayers always with consideration. It comes to him the risk of being with God except in a time of need, that is a devilish thought He relies on him and avoids facing the qiblah. We must have this condition, for it is the work of Satan, and he has commanded us to avoid the work of Satan in his saying that it is an abomination from the work of Satan, so avoid it.

[ Building and cities, the state of the assembly is similar to the assembly of divine names ]

As for the one who sees the reception in the built structures rather than the deserts, then the built structures and the cities are in the state of assembly, so they resemble the assembly of the divine names. The cities showed him that, so it was permissible for him to face the qiblah and to be under the rule of the nation

[ The choice of the servant is a restriction to see the divine truth ]

As for in the desert, he is alone. There is no objection to him not facing the qiblah when needed, so he behaves politely and does not face the words of the legislator, for there is no condition in the desert that restricts him to seeing a divine reality except his choice, and the servant should not have a choice with his master. What is built is that they have no choice in what he did not choose for them, so they do not have the right to choose, rather they stand at the legal ceremonies, for the legislator is God Almighty, so he uses with this consideration all the news reported in facing the qiblah with the need and seeking it and forbidding that.

[ The whole saying about purifications ]

We have established in this section of the chapters on purity what follows the course of the fundamentals, and the unanimous saying about purity is that we say purity from a person is reasonable in meaning by removing anything that is among the proofs, whether argumentative or existential. An impurity is in the place, then the impurity is still removed, and as for that which is not reasonable in meaning, its purity is dependent on what God Almighty or His Messenger stipulates in that, so he removes it with that.
