Page 372 - from Volume One (Display Image)Looking, and whether he believes or not by imitation, then he wants to search for evidence and look at what he believes in, not on doubt, so that he will gain knowledge of the evidence that he looked into, so he goes out of taqlid to knowledge, or works on what he imitates in, so that action by God results in him, so he differentiates between truth and falsehood with a correct insight that does not [ The journey of the mind with its intellectual outlook and the travel of the worker with his deed ]And the It has been reported that scholars are the inheritors of the prophets He called them scholars The prophets did not inherit a dinar or a dirham, but rather they inherited knowledge Taking knowledge of striving and actions is also a journey. Just as the mind travels with its intellectual outlook on the world, the worker travels with his work and they come together in the result. The business owner added that he has insight into what he knows does not enter him into doubt, and the one who considers is free of suspicion that interferes with him in his evidence. What is permissible in travel and what is not permissible in the traveler s prayer from this book, God willing ( Chapter on the patient who finds water and is afraid to use it ) The scholars differed regarding Sharia regarding the sick person finding water and being afraid to use it. So, who says that it is permissible for him to do tayammum for him and with it, I say that he does not have to repeat it, and who says he does not do tayammum with the presence of water, whether it is in the patient and the frightened, and whoever says in their right to do tayammum and repeat the prayer if water is found, and someone says tayammum, even if water is found before leaving He performs ablution and repeats it, and if he finds it after the time has passed, he does not have to repeat it ( It was considered in the subconscious ) The patient is the one whose nature does not give sight, and that he is a chronic disease with the presence of evidence, but he fears that he will perish and depart from religion if he looks at it due to his shortcomings. And they think that they are doing well, so he takes the like of this if he wants salvation by imitation as he took the rulings and to imitate the people of hadith without others. He finds water and is afraid to use it in mind ( Chapter of the present, water is rendered void, what is the ruling on it ) Whoever says that it is permissible for him to do tayammum for him and with it I say and from someone who says that it is not permissible to do tayammum for the right present if there is no water ( It was considered in the subconscious ) The present is the one who stays on his contract that his parents and his upbringing have tied to him, then he reasoned and came back to himself and resigned. Does he remain on that contract or look at the evidence until he knows the truth? So who says it is enough for him what his parents or his upbringing have raised him and he works with work, because looking may lead him to confusion, so he does not believe in him The one who said tayammum when there is no water, and we have already mentioned that water is the knowledge to share in life with, for this present has no evidence for the truth, for he does not see an appropriateness between God and his creation, so creation is not a dominant evidence of knowing the essence of the truth, so it remains with him to imitate it. [ No imitation in the contract and no consideration of the evidence ]And whoever said that it is not permissible for him to perform tayammum, and that the lack of water says he should not imitate, and if he does not look at the evidence, then if faith is mixed with the joy of hearts, it is necessary for him and it is impossible for him to return from him, and he does not know how it happened or how it is. The owner of evidence and on this most people have their beliefs, so the lack of water in the right of this present is the lack of security for himself that is caused by looking at the suspicion of his departure from the faith ( Chapter on the one who finds water and prevents him from going out for fear of an enemy ) The scholars differed as to who is in this condition, so who says it is permissible for him to do tayammum, and for him I say, and who says he does not do tayammum ( Received it in the subconscious ) Fear of searching for evidence in order to look at it in order to lead him to knowledge of the signified ignorance of the eye of the evidence that it is evidence, so one of the two things must either be imitated by someone that this is evidence of something that he assigns to him, or he lacks consideration and thought about what he should take as evidence of knowledge of God. So let him remain on his imitation in the knowledge of God, and he is the one who is called tayammum. And whoever said that it is not permissible for him to do tayammum, said that this fear does not necessitate that he should not look. |
