The scholars of Sharia agreed on the purity of the families of Muslims and livestock, but they differed in other than that.

[ Faith is life and life is the eye of purity in the neighborhood ]

As for the internal ruling in that, the sustenance of the believer and every animal is pure, for faith and life are the same thing as purity in the living and the believer, since in life the glorification of the living was from the living God Almighty, and with faith there was acceptance of what the law says of what reason or does not refer to from the believer without a doubt.

The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, He who knows himself knows his Lord.

What remains for the servant of knowledge after his knowledge of himself, which is his quest and every animal, then he shares with the believing man in the significance, so his quest is like that with that amount of what remains to know his Lord and

[ Faith because it is acceptance of the truth gives an increase in knowledge of the truth ]

As for the people of disagreement about the exception, they did not consider the believer or the animal, whether he is an animal or a believer, then it is according to what this exception considered, and the judgment is applied with him and the detail about it is lengthy. Man perceives him in terms of his humanity and not his animality, but rather from his being a believer. That is why we said the secrets of a believer, for he is more perfect in knowledge.

The scholars differed about Sharia regarding the purification of the secrets on five sayings. Who says that they are absolutely pure, and with it we say, and who says that it is not permissible for a man to purify with the secrets of a woman, and who says that it is permissible for a man to purify with the secrets of a woman unless she is junub or menstruating, and from someone who says it is not permissible for each of them to purify Thanks to the purification of its owner, but they are prescribed together, and some say that it is not permissible at all, and some say that it is permissible for a man to purify himself with the secretions of a woman as long as she does not disturb him

[ A man is higher than a woman a degree ]

As for the internal ruling in that, know that a man increases a degree over a woman, so if they take evidence of knowledge of God in terms of what they are a man and a woman and nothing else, whoever thinks that an increase in degree in significance is an advantage over someone who does not have that degree is a decrease in knowledge of that degree. He said, It only indicates from his being a man and a woman, that is, from their being active and passive, to a special knowledge of God, which is the knowledge of what influences him, and this is found in every active and passive person.

[ All knowledge of God is that He is our Creator and Creator of all possibilities ]

And whoever permitted it, he said, All knowledge of God is that He is our Creator and the Creator of all possibilities.

[ Standing in the face of evidence for an increase in knowledge of the meaning ]

With this consideration, we take what remains of the divisions, such as initiating together, except that initiating together is an increase in knowledge, which is not being restricted by time, which is the case of standing on the face of evidence, and it is also like looking at their significance in terms of what they share and nothing but humanity

[ Abandonment from the homeland of femininity or veiling knowledge ]

And the example of a woman s purification thanks to the man, it gives in significance what the woman gives and more, and the example of the man s purification thanks to the woman, as long as she is not a side by alienation from the abode of femininity and he is passive. In her femininity or menstruation, which is an attribute that prevents one from speaking with the truth in prayer, and what is required of knowledge of God is closeness, and the state of menstruation is far from God in terms of intimacy with Him.

[ The servant has an effect in the most holy sanctuary of the Most High .]

And as for the saying of the one who said that it does not disturb him, if it does not disturb him, purification is permissible, and if it does not disturb him, then know that the one who knows God is as he knows that his soul is passive in the presence of God itself and does not know that he pleases God and angers him with his actions, because the mandate has taken place. This detracts from the purity of that knowledge, and if it is found that it has an effect on that impurity, such as the Almighty s saying: I respond to the supplication of the supplicant when he supplicates, so the supplication of the supplicant is given in the soul of the one who is called to answer and there is no meaning for emotion except like this.

( The door of ablution with date wine )

Sharia scholars differed regarding ablution with date wine, so some of them permitted ablution with it and most scholars prohibited ablution with it.

He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: It contains a good date and purifying water

That is, wine was combined between dates and water, so it was called wine, and the water was a purification before mixing, even if what he said about it is correct
