Someone says that they are an obligation, and someone says that rinsing the mouth is a Sunnah, and sniffing is an obligation

[ The ruling on rinsing the mouth and inhaling the nose ]

As for their ruling on the inside, some of them are obligatory and some of them are Sunnah. As for rinsing the mouth, the obligatory one is to utter 'There is no god but God', for it purifies your tongue from polytheism and your chest, for its letters are from the chest and the tongue, as well as in every obligatory duty that God enjoins on you to utter that which does not represent you but you, and it will fall from you. Such as the obligation of sufficiency, such as a man who is blind from a distance who wants to fall into a pit and be harmed by falling into it or perish, so he must call out to him, warning him against falling, as he understands about him, because he will not catch up with him. And it is not obligatory upon him. If he rinses his mouth with this and its likes, then he has done something good and said good, and he is well-spoken, and the truth of the tongue is purification from lying, and speaking out with good words is purification from speaking out evilly. Such is the obligation of rinsing the mouth and its Sunnah, as well as sniffing

So know that sniffing is inwardly, when, in Arab tradition, the nose is the place of honor and pride, and for this reason the Arabs say in their supplication that God forced his nose, and this was agreed despite his nose and the thump of dust, meaning that God lowered you from your pride and honor to the place of humiliation and smallness, so I called him with dust, for the earth God called it humiliated for exaggeration If the humiliated is humiliated by his servile trampling, and the slaves are humiliated, and they trample the earth by walking on it in its tracks, this is why he called it the intention of exaggeration.

This does not evade and does not remove pride from within except by using the provisions of slavery, humiliation, and poverty. For this reason, arousal began to inhale. It was said to him: Put water in your nose, then scatter the water here. Your knowledge of your slavery. And as for it being a Sunnah, it means that if you leave it, your ablution will be correct and its place in this lot is that if you leave your dealings with your servant or those who are under your command, and here is a hidden secret contained in it. The use of this verb, and if its use is better, then this is the subject of the fall of its imposition, so we said that it may be a Sunnah or it may be an obligation because we know that if the people of a city agreed to leave a Sunnah, they must be fought, and if one left it, he would not be killed, because the Prophet, peace be upon him, would not change a city if he came to it at night until In the morning, if he heard an adhaan, he would hold back, otherwise he would be jealous, and he would recite if he did not hear an adhaan.

And there is no ruling from the provisions of the statutes, Sunnahs and desirability but that it has an internal ruling or more than what is opened to the servant in that, whether it is obligatory, Sunnah or desirable. The esoteric and the esoteric is not a legitimate matter that goes on the apparent, rather it is limited to it, for the batin are all meanings and the apparent are tangible actions, so it moves from the sensible to the meaning and does not move from the meaning to the sense

There is no dispute that washing the face is an obligation, and its internal ruling is observance and shyness from God at all, and that is not to transgress the limits of God Almighty. Some say that it is from the face, and some say that it is not from the face. As for what falls from the beard, then some say that it is obligatory to pass water over it, and some say that this is not obligatory.

As for washing the face at all without looking at the specification of the matter in that, some of it is obligatory and some of it is not. As for the obligatory, it is shyness from God that He sees you where He forbids you or loses you where He commands you. As for the Sunnah, it is the shyness of God that you uncover your nakedness in your privacy, God is the first to be ashamed of Him. Knowing that there is no part of you that does not see him from you, but his judgment in your actions in terms of you are responsible for what we have mentioned and the news has been mentioned, as well as looking at the private parts of your woman, even if it is permissible for you to do so, but using modesty in it is better and more appropriate, and the obligation is dropped.
