For the convict, even though he is a judgment and is not unjust, for he judged by what was legislated for him of establishing witnesses or a confession that is not a right, so the wording from the witness and the wording with the confession from the confessor required him to judge, even if it was false speech or false testimony, but we said in him that he is the brother of the Knower because he is in the same matter. It is a true judgment unless the convict makes him or her accountable. This is the investigation. Brothers here may be brothers of sisters, and they may be brothers in character like brothers of faith and non-faith, and they may be brothers from one father without the other, and they may be from breastfeeding, so we said that he is the brother of the Knowing, and what we have shown is the ranks of brotherhood, so the brotherhood of faith is more deserving of it. In it, inheritance occurs, and it is the fraternity of the trait. Likewise, the ruling is that the ruling on the convict is only for a trait, not for his eye. The condition of the ruling is that he be aware of the ruling, not of the convict and of him. Acknowledgment of truth or falsehood, then he is always subservient, so he is aware of the ruling. It is imperative that what necessitates and helps him is what we have decided, and the right in it is a coincidence, and it is the subject of unanimity with this matter. this The book in the ruling of the ruler with his knowledge, where he should judge and where he should not judge with his knowledge, for it is one of the most complex issues and in any case, it is an ambiguous presence. He does not say this, and God says the truth and He guides the way.

" Honour of Justice "

Justice is only valid for the one who makes a decision regarding creation if he is fair

For the Father of his universe is his justice *** for by his right he is preferred

He is blessed with grace over his creation *** and covers concealment when it falls

[ Justice is an inclination to one side that is required by the correct judgment of the convict ]

Its owner is called Abd al-Adl, and he is inclined to one of the two sides that is required by the correct ruling that follows the convict and to him or to the acknowledgment or witnesses and so on. With others or to the presence of the possibility as you wish, then say and also justify the possibilities from the presence of their proof to their existence and create them after they were not by being He made them manifestations and by being manifest for the appearance of their rulings and from this presence He altered a matter that reason may permit in the right of the possible to another matter that is also permissible by reason and justness is inevitable There is no reason in existence except justice, for existence appeared only by inclination, and it is justice. And there is nothing like Him, and among them is that they are just by their Lord, because there is no might and no power except with God, and from it is that the ba here is the meaning of Lam, so their Lord is just because those who are just to Him are just because they have a god. With the other one, and likewise those who say that the creation of the heavens and the earth is caused by a cause that is not God s cause, i.e., it is not the first cause, because that cause in their view was only one command for the reality of its oneness, and nothing but the first intellect. His reasoning is not to act in what he should do with the correct view of establishing the truth and the matter in himself as it is, so he confined himself to what seemed to him and the matter did not fulfill his right to look. It was said about them that they disbelieved, i.e. concealed themselves, for God is Wise, He places the discourse in its place, and justice is the Lord Almighty, and the Lord is on a straight path, the path of God who has nothing in the poison. Awat and whatever is on the earth and justice is inclination, so inclination is the same thing as uprightness
