On a person s money, zakat is a right for the categories mentioned, so it is obligatory for the owners of the money in a specific way to pay it and the imam is obligated to take it and he is not obligated to the items to take it. Knowing these divisions and doing them

What is everyone who possesses beauty with Joseph *** The beautiful is the just Imam

If you realize what you want and desire *** You are the lover and the justifier Joseph

If the imam thinks most likely that those mentioned in the verse of the Most High, be aware Only you spoiled the verse which is in Surat Al-Hashr in which the items are mentioned. Their share of the five spoils in particular shall be divided among them like this. What remains is the house of the Muslims wealth. The imam disposes of it according to what he sees. After deciding whether the kinship is the right for them, or this imam wanted to return what was left on the relatives of the dead, then he gives the kinship owners plus their inheritance from being the first of the relatives of the dead. God has made for the mujahideen in the way of God a share in the alms, and he has not given them in the spoils except what the imam ransacked before the division or what he gave to him.

He said, Whoever kills a dead person, he has to take it

The discussion about such things is only presented in the house, because of the luck that is attributed to God in particular. So what is our goal, what is the ruling on the spoils and their division in the science of drawings, but the spoils we have in this way are what happened to man from the divine sciences that God gave us about striving and striving for the soul, just as it is for the believer Trade in the soul of his faith, and it is trade that saves him from the painful torment. Every knowledge that comes from jihad is spoils, and he is divided on what the spoils are divided for. The portion that God Almighty has from it is what is attached to it sincerity, and from which the Messenger of God has faith in him, and the one who is close to him is affection in them, and the one for the orphans from it is what happened. From knowledge before the worker reaches the goal

arrived

The goal is its limit, which suffices him to add action to him, for the boy before puberty moves and his actions towards him.

The Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, says, A dream will not be fulfilled afterwards.

Everything that happened to him before reaching puberty is his right that he has of himself as God appointed it for him and for the poor, it is the luck that happened to them with incapacity, inability and robbery of strength, for God is the one with solid strength, and for the wayfarer it is the fortune that he has in that he is the son of the way to God.

The Prophet, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, says that the world has children and the Hereafter has children, so be among the children of the Hereafter.

And they are the wayfarers, and do not be among the sons of this world. As for the image of sincerity in action, it is if you stand to reveal that the one who works for that action is God, as it is in the same matter. Any deed that action was blameworthy or praiseworthy or what was, that is the ruling of God Almighty in it, what is the specific action It is clarified in the report that God Almighty says, Whoever does a deed in which he associates others with me, then I am innocent of it, and it is for the one who committed shirk, so we deny the action and what is specific to an action and the pronoun in it refers to the action, and the pronoun in it refers to the other, who is the partner, and the conscience is to the polytheist, for God He does not renounce the work, for he is the worker without a doubt, but he renounces the partner because it is non-existence and God is existence. Because the partner is not, then he is non-existence, because he said of the polytheists, he also disowned the partner, so the sincerity of the work for God is God s share of the work, because the apparent form in the work is only in the person in whom God manifested his work, so the matter becomes confused for the apparent image and the apparent image. They add p That is why we say that he appointed everything from his apparent name, and here is a hidden evidence, and that is that sight does not fall except on a machine and it is directed to another matter. Al-Hakim is that behind the sensible is something that is the agent of this machine and the dispenser of it, which is expressed by the rationalists of the rational, rational, and animal soul.
