He has knowledge of God s words to His servants, so if he speaks to him with the formal veil in the tongue of a prophet or whomever God wills from the world, then understanding may accompany him and it may be delayed. This is the just imam, and the name of God s provision for the believers is nothing but the remnant of God, and every sustenance in the universe is from the remnant of God, and there is nothing left but to differentiate between them, because all the money in the world is not devoid of either it has a specific owner or it does not have an owner. A certain owner, then it is from the remnant of God for this person, and if it does not have a specific owner, it is for all Muslims, so God made them an agent. For Zaid, when God forbade him to dispose of Amr s money without his permission, and Amr s money for the remainder of God, for Amr, when he forbade him to dispose of Zaid s money without his permission, there is no sustenance in the world except that it is the remnant of God, so the imam judges in it according to the extent of the judgment that God has revealed about it

[ People are of two kinds ]

Know that, for people are in two situations, forced and non-compelled. In the case of compulsion, it becomes permissible as much as is needed at the time, and the rule of petrification is lifted from him. If he obtains what removes it by means of it, the judgment of petrification will prevail over him. According to the one who said the guarantee, and if he does not find it, then the imam of the time is responsible for it from the treasury. It is necessary, and none of those charged with the lawful act did anything except in the remnant of God. God Almighty, the Majestic and Majestic, said, God s stay is better for you if you are believers, and it is a sub-rule, but the principle is that God created for us all that is on the earth, and then He left it and stoned it and kept it. That is, the obligated person is prohibited from disposing of it at the moment, time or place with the prohibition, for the basic principle is to stop issuing judgment on it in something. For some, this is the meaning The Almighty s saying: He brings the night into the day, and He inserts the day into the night, so the one who is entrapped is male and the one who is entrapped by a female. And the seal when it appeared to the lip is an eye and he proceeded in all practical and scientific trades. The casting by the Messengers and their ilk, so they did not depart from the pilgrimage, for God made them a place for what He casts upon them of His judgment in His servants. God Almighty said: The Trustworthy Spirit has descended upon your heart, and God Almighty says He sends down the angels with the Spirit, so what judgment of the servants of the world is in His back Spiritual marriage, neither in the texts nor in the rulers by analogy. The imam must know what happens by way of divine revelation, and between what happens by analogy and what the Mahdi knows, I mean, the science of analogy to judge by it, but he teaches it in order to avoid it. So what does the Mahdi judge except by what the king casts to him from God, whom God sent to him to repay it, and that is the true Muhammadan law, which if Muhammad, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, was alive and that calamity was brought up to him, he would not have judged except by what this imam rules, so God teaches him that that is the Muhammadan law, so it is forbidden He has to be compared with the existence of the texts that God gave him, and for that reason

The Messenger of God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, said in the description of the Mahdi, he stands in my footsteps without making mistakes.

So we knew that he is followed, not followed, and that he is infallible, and the infallible has no meaning in ruling, except that he does not err, for the ruling of the Messenger is not ascribed to him by mistake, for it is only a revelation that is revealed, and it does not justify analogy in a place where the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, is present. The people of revelation have the Prophet present, so they do not take the ruling except from him, and for this the honest poor does not belong to a madhhab, but is with the Messenger who is attested to him, just as the Messenger is with the revelation that is revealed to him, so it descends on the hearts of those who know the truth from God. God, may God s prayers and peace be upon him, and the owners of the science of drawings do not have this rank because of the love of prestige and leadership, and precedence over the servants of God, and the lack of the common people with them, so they do not prosper in themselves nor
