Wali, my heart told me on the authority of my Lord, and the translator may translate from the tongues of the adverbs, and not from this section, but that from another section. We have offered faith on the heavens, the earth, and the mortality, so I would like to carry it and we are separated from it, so they made this statement and the compassion, there is no truth, and this is not true, and this is not true, and this is not true. Translate from existing things, for they are interpreting what you are addressing them with, not about their conditions, for if they had spoken, they would have said this and the owners of this saying were divided into two parts. But we have no knowledge of that, that the matter occurred as we permitted it, or it is the language of the mouth. As for the owners of that saying, it also happened in the same matter, because everything other than God is alive and speaks in the same matter, so there is no meaning for the circumstances. For despite this, according to the people of revelation and existence, and as for the other group, namely the wise, they said that this is the language of the mouth and it is necessary because it is impossible for the inanimate to live, and this is a saying veiled by the thickest veil.

[ Determining the ranks of the ruler ]

As for determining the ranks of the rulers, it is the knowledge of what each rank deserves of the interests for which it was created. The holder of this knowledge looks at the person he wants to entrust him and raises the balance between him and the rank. If he sees moderation in the weight without weighing the weight of the rank of guardians, and if the governor weighs it, it does not harm him, and if it is weighted The rank of the rank over him was not assigned to him because he lacks knowledge of what he favored, so undoubtedly he is the root of injustice in the rulers. Equity and justice as it was filled with injustice and oppression, meaning the earth, for knowledge with us requires action and must, otherwise it is not knowledge, even if it appears in the form of knowledge. What this rank requires is a look at the mood of that collector. If he sees him acting under the rule of knowledge, he knows that he is sane, he leads him. When he consulted with him, he said to him, Who do you think is in charge of people s affairs? He said, Put a sane man over people s affairs, for the sane person is innocent of himself. If he is knowledgeable, he judges by what he knows. He knew a ruling about it. This is the benefit of the mind, for many of those who belong to religion and official knowledge rule their desires over them, and the sane person is not like that, for the mind refuses only virtues, for it restricts its owner from acting in what he should not, and that is why he is called a mind of the rational. Other than that, he was angry, and there was no mercy in him. That is why Abu Yazid said, I am more angry when he heard the reader reading: Verily, the tyranny of your Lord is severe, for if a person becomes angry for himself, that anger does not imply mercy in any way. His anger in this world is the punishments and punishments that he set on him, and his anger in the Hereafter does not set the limits on the one who enters the Fire, so even if it is anger, then it is a purification of what is similar to mercy in this world and the hereafter, because mercy did not precede anger in existence, pervaded the entire universe and expanded everything, so when anger came in Existence found mercy had preceded it and it must exist, so it was with mercy like water with milk if it was mixed and mixed with water, so the water did not get rid of milk. For God s sake, let him not transgress in his anger to establish the limits of God that He has legislated, unlike someone who gets angry because of his desires and violating his purpose. Such a person who is angry with God can only be just and just, not unjust or unjust, and a sign of whoever claims this position, if he is angry with God and is a ruler and establishes the limit on the one who is angry with him, his anger will disappear from him. On that person when he is finished
